Pray For My Friends

Please pray for my friends, Chad and Krista. They had a house fire just before Christmas and not enough insurance to rebuild. So - they have been renting. A young lady they knew didn't know how to handle the insurance company when she had an accident and asked them for help. Well, in trying to do something good, they ended up in huge trouble including child endangerment for having their daughter carry an envelope to this young lady at school. I am not kidding - that is how outrageous this whole situation has gotten. Now, their rental landlord is evicting them because the sherriff's were at their house. Kirsta is also looking for a job while retaining a lawyer and finding a new place to live.

I have been witnessing to them - I explained that praying to the Lord doesn't do much good if He doesn't know them! That got her talking to the Lord and it peaked Chad's interest. I'm looking forward to getting them into church and am praying that they will be seeking salvation soon. Of course Chad thinks the roof will cave in when he enters the church, but . . . the Lord is gracious and Loving.

Thank you all for your prayers. This family is on the brink - - - I know we can bring them to the Lord and He will see them through all of this.

Lord, things in this life always have a way of bringing us to You, I pray that these situations will bring this family to You. Lord, thank You for mercy and grace, and I pray for them both to be poured out on this family so that they can see that You are God and You want better for them in their lives. Lord, I pray that they all will accept Jesus as their personal Lord and Savior and commit their lives to You. Father, I know that You are willing and wanting to help them through this, may they reach out to You and their faith grow as they see all things come together for good. Bless them Father with a new walk with You and a change in their hearts. I give You the praise. In Jesus' name, Amen.

I am praying in agreement with you for your friends. Their lives sound like the lives of my oldest daughter in the fact that CPS has investigated her, too. You are a good friend to extend your concerns about your friends. I also pray that God continues to work through you to minister to them and others around you. God bless you.

Heavenly Father - you have provided a job for Krista - and we praise you and thank you for your intervention. Lord, you are the most high, the most holy and without you we would be lost and wandering in the world. Father - I ask that you continue to keep this family in your good graces - and I will continue to witness to them and to guide them to your church. Some people in my area are hung up on a church being Methodist or Baptist or Church of Christ. Lord - help them all to see that it isn't the denomination that matters - it's Your word that matters. A church should teach that which is in the bible and that is what should matter to people. Lord, I thank you for the many blessings you have afforded me and my family - and my friends. I pray that you minister to each one of my friends and that your will be done in their lives. Lord - forgive me for my sins and anything I may do that is not pleasing to you Lord. As always Lord, I will sing your praises and give you all the glory. In Jesus' Name I pray. Amen.

Lord, how we thank you for this blessing to this family today. I stand with phparker in giving praise for your almighty hand at work. I pray for revival in this family, that they would be drawn to you by your holy spirit. May they recognize in themselves that they are sinners, that they need you and that they will come to you and confess their sins and ask for your forgiveness. Their world will be forever changed! I ask for your provisions for this family, for your blessings and for your hand upon them. Give them wisdom as they search for another place to live, give them discernment as they work through the new legal issues facing them. Help them to put their faith and trust in you to work this out. For we know you can take the bad and turn it around to become something really good. How we praise you for your love and care over us. We praise you for your watchful eye. Amen

Lord, i hold this person to You because she is also holding chad and krista to You for prayers and You are Lord. minister to all of them, continue to anoint them with You spirit for You got all their attention thru this person and this situation. thank You Jesus that no life was lost in this fire and that You have control of this situation. thank You for prividing krista with a job and thank You for touching the hearts of all involved including the children. continue to keep the children under Your wings, protecting them. thank You for setting them free on all bondages not pleasing to You, redirect their lives with blessings so that they will be serving You, AMEN!
