Pray For My Finger Numbness Hard Need A Miracle

I dont think things are going to get better with my finger, i got injured deep, i can use my finger but not like before i dont use it to wash my face i use my other hand, things did not get better like i wanted to. I can feel a bump on my finger on the skin. My life is awful.
