SORRY IF ANY TYPOS OR CONFUSION BUT HERE IT GOES: An elderly friend of mine who is very talented and loving person called me yesterday after a long battle with courts with her niece who has tampered with her psych meds for years just to get her deemed incompetent and has become her guardian without her wanting this. Now this niece has some how convinced the courts to allow her to remain guardian and now conservator after she has neglected this woman and taken over this elderly lady's money and her life and has stolen money in the past and blamed other innocent friends who love and care for this lady. This guardian from hell who is mental as well, is not in her best interest but seems to have control over the courts when this lady has asked that she be revoked from this niece. The niece left her at a loving Church members house for two years and refused to pay for her care at all. The excuse was the Church member wanted this elderly lady's money so she did not pay for her care. The Church member took this to court the courts (which the niece claimed the judges were her friends) has been very unethical, cruel and dragging their feet, being vindictive and asking for all her private info just because the niece wants to show she had control or power. I know this niece has lied in court and blamed other innocent people and everyone else but herself for stealing from this lady's (little pocket change money). She lies through out the court and has a different story each time she gets a new probate judge about this case. The judges are always in her favor and they are in unethical manner as well and they never know what this case is about at each hearing. Also when this elderly lady goes to court mental health always takes her off of a med that will cause her to act out or become confused in court. I don't understand what this is all about but I am praying for this women's deliverance. She has a God son who is honest and would be best for her care and feelings. He had applied to be guardian but they didn't inclue him in that last hearing after the niece told the courts he did not work where he said he works. So the courts sent him a letter telling him the niece says he no longer works where he said he works and for him to tell where he works. So he has a private name at his job for security purposes so he did not respond and felt he was being harrassed by this niece who has never seen him but once in her life and has decided to stalk him at work. So they excluded him from the hearing with out him being notified. So this lady is now in a horrible stinking mental facility and cant see her friends or attend her Church or sing as she so likes to do and does very well. However, this is way too much going on. So with all being said the elderly lady had asked that we pray in Jesus name for her deliverance from this niece, her sickness, this facility and so forth. I don't know how God is going to do it or when but please help her Lord ...
