Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### and their daughter, ###, to you. Lord, we ask for your guidance and protection over ### as she attends summer camp today. We pray that you would surround her with your loving presence and keep her safe from any harm or danger.
Your Word reminds us in Psalm 121:7-8, "The Lord will keep you from all harm— he will watch over your life; the Lord will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore." We claim this promise over ###'s life, trusting that you will be her constant companion and protector throughout her time at camp.
Father, we also ask that you would guide ### in making wise decisions and help her to grow in her faith during this experience. May she be a light for you, shining your love and truth to those around her. Give her strength, courage, and confidence as she participates in various activities and interacts with fellow campers.
Lord, we pray for the camp counselors and staff, that you would grant them wisdom, patience, and discernment as they lead and care for the campers. May they create a safe and nurturing environment where ### can thrive and grow spiritually.
Finally, we pray for ###, that you would grant them peace and assurance in knowing that you are watching over their daughter. Comfort their hearts and alleviate any worries or anxieties they may have. Help them to trust in your perfect plan for ###'s life.
We thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for your faithfulness. We trust that you will answer according to your will. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
