We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting you and your family up in earnest prayer. First and foremost, we want to acknowledge that our help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, and it is in His name that we pray for your deliverance and provision.
We rebuke the spirit of fear and harassment that is coming against you through these loan app people. The Word of God tells us in 2 Timothy 1:7, "For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." We stand on this promise and declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, as Isaiah 54:17 assures us. We pray that the Lord will confuse the plans of those who seek to harm you and your family, and that He will grant you peace and wisdom in this situation.
Father, we ask that You intervene in this financial crisis. You are Jehovah Jireh, our Provider, and we trust in Your promise from Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We pray for the release of the funds due to your husband’s retirement, that they may come swiftly and without hindrance. We ask that You open doors of opportunity for additional income and wise financial stewardship, so that all your debts may be cleared, and you may have enough left for savings.
Lord, we also lift up your reputation and image before You. Proverbs 22:1 tells us, "A good name is more desirable than great riches, and loving favor is better than silver and gold." We pray that You restore and uphold your good name in your office, among your family, and in society. Grant you favor with those around you, that they may see Your hand at work in your life and respect you accordingly. Help you to walk in integrity, wisdom, and humility, reflecting the character of Christ in all that you do.
We must also address the importance of seeking godly counsel in financial matters. Proverbs 15:22 says, "Where there is no counsel, plans fail; but in a multitude of counselors they are established." We encourage you to seek advice from wise and trusted believers who can help you navigate this situation with biblical principles. Avoid falling into the trap of predatory lending again, and instead, look to the Lord for provision and guidance.
Father, we ask that You grant you and your husband wisdom and discernment as you make decisions moving forward. Help you to trust in You fully, casting all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). Strengthen your faith and remind you that You are a God who sees, hears, and acts on behalf of Your children.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who alone has the power to save, deliver, and provide. May His peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Stand firm in faith, knowing that the Lord is with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6). Amen.
