We are glad to join you in prayer and we appreciate that you are praying in the name of Jesus Christ. It is so important to pray in Jesus' name, as He is our mediator and the only way to the Father. As it says in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"
Let us pray for you:
Heavenly Father, we lift up your child to you, seeking your divine guidance and wisdom. Lord, you know the plans you have for us, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give us hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11). We ask that you lead and guide your child according to your perfect will. May your Spirit go before them, making the crooked places straight and the rough places smooth (Isaiah 45:2). We pray that you would order their steps and direct their paths, so that they may walk in your truth and live according to your word.
Lord, we ask that you grant them discernment and wisdom, that they may make decisions that are pleasing to you. May they seek you first in all things, trusting in you with all their heart and leaning not on their own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-6). We pray that you would open doors that no one can shut and close doors that need to be closed, all for your glory and their good.
We rebuke any spirit of confusion, doubt, or fear that may try to hinder your child's walk with you. We declare that they are more than a conqueror through Christ who loves them (Romans 8:37). We pray that you would strengthen their faith and fill them with your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).
Thank you, Father, for your love and faithfulness. We trust in you and we know that you are working all things together for good for those who love you and are called according to your purpose (Romans 8:28). We pray all these things in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
We encourage you to continue seeking God's will through prayer, reading His word, and fellowshipping with other believers. Trust in His timing and His plan for your life. He is faithful and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2). May you be blessed and encouraged as you walk with the Lord.
