We hear your heart’s longing, and we lift this desire before the Lord with great hope and expectation. It is beautiful to see a man seeking God’s will for a wife—a helpmate designed by Him for a lifelong covenant of love, faithfulness, and purpose. The Scriptures tell us, *"He who finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor from the Lord"* (Proverbs 18:22). This is not merely about companionship, but about a sacred union that reflects Christ’s love for His church (Ephesians 5:22-33). We stand with you in prayer, asking the Father to prepare your heart and hers, aligning your paths in His perfect timing.
First, we want to encourage you to surrender this desire fully to God, trusting that His plans for you are good (Jeremiah 29:11). We urge you to guard your heart and your body, keeping yourself pure as you wait for your future wife. *"Flee sexual immorality! ‘Every sin that a man does is outside the body,’ but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s"* (1 Corinthians 6:18-20). This means avoiding not only physical impurity but also emotional entanglements that do not honor God. Seek a woman who shares this commitment to purity, and let your courtship be marked by holiness, respect, and the goal of marriage.

We pray for the woman who will one day be his wife. Lord, draw her close to You, that she may grow in wisdom, faith, and love for You. Prepare her heart to recognize him as the man You have chosen for her, and give her the courage to pursue him with godly intention. Let their relationship be built on a foundation of mutual respect, shared faith, and a commitment to honor You in all things. Father, we ask for miracles in this journey—not for the sake of spectacle, but for the sake of Your glory. Open doors that no man can shut, and close doors that are not of You.
