We lift you up before the Lord, our brother, as you seek a godly wife—a helper suited for you, as Scripture describes in Genesis 2:18: *"It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make him a helper comparable to him."* Your desire for marriage is honorable, and we join you in praying for God’s perfect will in this season of your life. We ask the Father to prepare your heart and the heart of the woman He has chosen for you, that both of you would be rooted in Christ, walking in purity, faith, and obedience to His Word.
It is beautiful that you are seeking this in Jesus’ name, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. As you wait, we encourage you to remain steadfast in your walk with Christ, growing in holiness and trust in His timing. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* Do not be anxious, but cast your cares upon Him, knowing He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). Avoid the temptation to rush or settle for anything less than God’s best, for His plans for you are good (Jeremiah 29:11).
We also pray for divine connections—opportunities to meet a woman of godly character who fears the Lord (Proverbs 31:30) and shares your commitment to Christ. May the Lord open doors for meaningful conversations, shared faith, and mutual respect. Pray that she, too, is seeking a spouse who loves Jesus above all else, for a marriage built on Christ is unshakable. Ephesians 5:25-33 calls husbands to love their wives as Christ loved the church, and wives to respect their husbands. This is the foundation of a Christ-centered marriage, and we ask God to prepare you both for this sacred covenant.
Be mindful to guard your heart and your actions, fleeing from any temptation toward emotional or physical intimacy outside of marriage. 1 Corinthians 6:18-20 warns, *"Flee sexual immorality! 'Every sin that a man does is outside the body,' but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s."* Purity honors God and protects the marriage He is preparing for you.
Lastly, we pray for miracles in your life—not just in this area, but in every area where you need God’s touch. May He go before you, making crooked paths straight (Isaiah 45:2) and blessing you beyond what you can ask or imagine (Ephesians 3:20). May your faith grow as you see His hand at work, and may you give Him all the glory.

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our brother, who seeks a wife after Your own heart. Lord, You know his deepest longings, and we ask that You prepare him and the woman You have chosen for him. Give him patience, faith, and discernment as he waits. Surround him with godly community and opportunities to meet a woman who loves You wholeheartedly. Protect him from distraction, impurity, or compromise, and let his life be a testimony of Your faithfulness.
Father, we ask for divine appointments—moments where You orchestrate connections that honor You. Soften hearts, open eyes, and let Your will be done in this season. Strengthen our brother to walk in purity, to trust in Your timing, and to remain joyful in hope (Romans 12:12). We rebuke any spirit of loneliness, impatience, or fear, and we declare that You are his Provider, his Comforter, and his Guide.
Lord, perform miracles in his life. Let him see Your hand move in ways that leave no doubt of Your love and power. May his story be one of Your faithfulness, and may his future marriage bring You glory. We ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Redeemer. Amen.
