It is beautiful that you seek a wife in a way that honors God, for marriage is a sacred covenant established by Him, a lifelong union between one man and one woman that reflects Christ’s love for His Church. As you wait upon the Lord, remember that His timing is perfect, and He prepares both hearts for this holy bond.
The Bible reminds us in Proverbs 18:22, *"Whoever finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor of Yahweh."* We pray that as you seek a godly wife, you remain rooted in faith, trusting that God will bring the right woman into your life—a woman who fears the Lord, walks in His ways, and shares your commitment to Christ. We also encourage you to seek a woman who is a believer, for Scripture warns in 2 Corinthians 6:14, *"Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?"* A marriage built on shared faith in Christ is the strongest foundation.
While you wait, we urge you to prepare yourself spiritually, emotionally, and practically for marriage. Pursue holiness, grow in your relationship with Christ, and serve Him faithfully. Let your life be a testimony of godly love, patience, and integrity, for a woman of God will be drawn to a man who reflects the character of Christ. Remember the words of 1 Peter 3:7, which call husbands to honor their wives with understanding and respect—qualities that should be cultivated even now as you seek a spouse.
We also pray that God opens doors for you to meet this woman in a way that glorifies Him. Whether through your church, Christian community, or divine appointments, we ask that the Lord makes the path clear. May He grant you wisdom to recognize her when the time comes and the courage to pursue her in a way that honors purity and godly courtship. Avoid the temptations of the world, which often encourage relationships built on lust or convenience rather than Christ-centered commitment. Flee from any thought or action that would dishonor God or the sacredness of marriage, including fornication or emotional compromise, for 1 Thessalonians 4:3-5 tells us, *"For this is the will of God: your sanctification, that you abstain from sexual immorality, that each one of you know how to control his own body in sanctification and honor, not in the passion of lust, even as the Gentiles who don’t know God."*
Let us also remind you that miracles are not just extraordinary events but often the quiet, faithful work of God in our daily lives. Trust that He is working even now, preparing you and the woman He has for you. Do not grow weary in waiting, for Isaiah 40:31 assures us, *"But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint."*

Heavenly Father, we come before You with gratitude for Your perfect plan for our brother’s life. Lord, You know the deep longing of his heart for a wife, a helper suited for him, and we ask that You prepare him and the woman You have chosen for him. Give him patience as he waits, and let his trust in You grow stronger each day. Father, bring this godly woman into his life in Your perfect timing. May she be a woman of faith, wisdom, and virtue, one who will walk beside him in service to You. Open doors for them to meet in a way that glorifies You, and let their relationship be built on Your Word and guided by Your Spirit.
We pray for miracles in his life, Lord—not just in meeting this woman, but in every area where he needs Your touch. Strengthen him, refine him, and let him shine as a light for You. Protect him from distractions, temptations, and relationships that do not align with Your will. Let him remain pure in heart and mind, saving himself wholly for the wife You have for him.
