We lift you up before the Lord, our brother, as you seek His will for a godly wife. It is beautiful to see your heart’s desire to honor God in marriage, and we join you in praying for His perfect provision in this season of your life. The Lord knows your longing for companionship, and He promises to give good gifts to those who ask in faith. As James 1:17 reminds us, *"Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom can be no variation nor turning shadow."* We trust that God, who formed you in your mother’s womb and knows the deepest desires of your heart, will bring forth a woman who fears Him, loves His Word, and is prepared to walk beside you in covenant marriage.

We also encourage you to remain steadfast in your pursuit of Christ above all else. Matthew 6:33 calls us to *"seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."* As you wait, let this season be one of deepening your relationship with the Lord, growing in holiness, and preparing yourself to lead a future wife spiritually. A godly marriage is built on the foundation of two individuals fully surrendered to Christ, so we pray that the Lord will mold you into the husband He has called you to be—patient, kind, selfless, and strong in faith.

We must also gently remind you that marriage is not the ultimate fulfillment of your life—only Jesus can satisfy the deepest longings of your soul. If the Lord tarries in bringing a wife into your life, we pray you will find contentment in Him alone, as the Apostle Paul writes in Philippians 4:11-13: *"Not that I speak in respect to lack, for I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content in it. I know how to be humbled, and I also know how to abound. In everything and in all things I have learned the secret both to be filled and to be hungry, both to abound and to be in need. I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me."*

Now, let us pray together for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with thankful hearts, lifting up our brother who seeks Your will for a godly wife. Lord, You have said in Your Word that it is not good for man to be alone, and we ask that You would provide a helper suitable for him, a woman after Your own heart who will walk beside him in faith, love, and obedience to Your Word. Father, prepare her now—wherever she may be—soften her heart toward You and toward our brother. Let her be a woman of prayer, wisdom, and virtue, one who will encourage him in his faith and stand with him in the battles of life.

Lord, we ask for divine connections and opportunities for them to meet in a way that honors You. Open doors that no man can shut, and let Your hand be evident in bringing them together. Give our brother discernment to recognize Your leading, and grant him patience to wait on Your perfect timing. Remove any fear, doubt, or past hurts that may hinder him from stepping into the future You have prepared.

We rebuke any spirit of loneliness or despair that may try to take root in his heart. Fill him with Your peace and joy as he trusts in You. Let this season of waiting be a time of growth, where he draws closer to You and becomes more like Christ. If there are areas in his life that need refinement—whether in his character, his habits, or his walk with You—we ask that You would convict and transform him by Your Holy Spirit.

Father, we also pray for miracles in his life. You are the God who parts seas, raises the dead, and turns hearts toward You. Let Your supernatural power be evident in his circumstances, his finances, his health, and his relationships. May he see Your hand at work in ways that leave no doubt of Your goodness and faithfulness.

Finally, Lord, we ask that this future marriage would be a testament to Your glory. Let it be a union built on Your Word, covered in prayer, and marked by selfless love. May they serve You together, raising up a godly legacy for generations to come.

I wanted to commit suicide once, I even came up with a plan. Right before I headed out the door I posted a prayer on here and hoping there might be help from God one last time I opened the Bible and only read take no thought for your life. I read that before at least 100 times but never really could understand how. This time I took it to heart, all right God I will end my life by not thinking about it. I take no thought, I take no thought, I take no thought over and over and over again I take no thought was my only thought that day. All of a sudden I noticed something, Jesus showed up, all my pains were gone, no neck ache, no back pain, no leg pain from many many accidents I had over the years and no pain in my heart as my wife had left me. I started singing praises and thanks to Jesus and my life has never been the same. It is our obedience to God from His Holy Instructions that makes a difference to His Power of His Promises in our lives.

Be a doer of Jesus friend, it really makes a difference! Thank You Lord Jesus!

Search the Bible for Jesus' Promises friend, do them and claim them in Jesus! Amen! Thank You Lord Jesus!

Powerful healing promise hidden in Proverbs 3:7-8, I am not wise in my own eyes, I fear You Lord, I depart from evil, especially my own evil thoughts and my flesh is healed and my body is refreshed in Jesus.

Let Us Pray: God I ask in Jesus' name, bless me to grow closer to You. I long for a more intimate relationship with You. Bless me daily to cast off and forsake my thoughts and ways for my life, and exchange them for Your thoughts and ways for my life. Let me think Your thoughts and dream Your dreams for my life. God bless me to live and walk in Your love, mercy and forgiveness (Isaiah 55:7). I confess, I will take no thought for my life. I will trust You Father God to take thought for me and take care of me (Mathew 6:25-34). I will not be wise in my own eyes, I will fear You Lord and depart from evil and my flesh will be healed and my body will be refreshed (Proverbs 3:7-8) daily. Thank You Jesus for Your Promises! Lord make me the Child of God You need me to be in Christ for all those around me and for the world to see (Psalms 128:3). Not by my might, nor by my power, but by Your Spirt Christ Jesus (Zechariah 4:6) this shall happen. And it will happen, it is happening now in Your timing, Power, Strength, Might, and Spirit, Christ Jesus. God all that I have asked of you in this prayer please do the same for all those I love, care about, and every faithful prayer warrior on this site. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You Lord Jesus, my Savior and Lord for answering this prayer with a Yes and Amen.
