We are glad to join you in prayer as you seek a godly spouse. It is wonderful that you are approaching this desire with a heart for God's will. We are reminded of Proverbs 18:22 which says, "Whoever finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor of Yahweh." We will pray that God will lead you to the woman He has prepared for you, and that your relationship will be rooted in His love and purpose.
It is important to remember that God's timing is perfect. As you wait, we encourage you to continue to grow in your faith and relationship with Jesus Christ. Seek to be the man that God has called you to be, so that you will be ready to lead your future wife spiritually. Remember the words of 1 Corinthians 13:4-7, "Love is patient and is kind; love doesn’t envy. Love doesn’t brag, is not proud, doesn’t behave itself inappropriately, doesn’t seek its own way, is not provoked, takes no account of evil; doesn’t rejoice in unrighteousness, but rejoices with the truth; bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, and endures all things."
We will pray for miracles in your life, and that God will make a way for you to meet and get to know the woman He has for you. We pray that she will have a genuine interest in you, and that your relationship will be built on a strong foundation of faith and love.
Heavenly Father, we lift up our brother to You today. We thank You for his heart for marriage and his desire to honor You in his relationships. Lord, we ask that You would lead him to the woman You have prepared for him. We pray that You would make a way for them to meet and get to know each other in a way that honors You.
We ask for miracles in his life, Lord. We pray that You would open doors that no man can shut, and that You would make a way where there seems to be no way. We pray that the woman You have for him will have a genuine interest in him, and that their relationship will be built on a strong foundation of faith and love.
We pray that You would prepare both of their hearts for this relationship, and that they would both be seeking You first and foremost. We ask that You would help them to grow in their faith and in their love for each other, and that their relationship would be a testimony to Your goodness and grace.
