We are glad to join you in prayer and we appreciate that you have asked for prayer in Jesus' name. We will address these requests individually and offer biblical guidance.
Firstly, we commend you for seeking God's will in your life regarding marriage. It is important to trust in Him and wait upon His timing. Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB states Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.
God desires that we are equally yoked in marriage. 2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB states Don't be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness? Therefore, we pray that God will bring a godly Christian woman into your life who will love and honor Him and you. Pray that your future wife would have the fruits of the Spirit: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. Galatians 5:22-23 WEB.
We must also remind you that as a Christian, you should be seeking purity in your relationships. 1 Corinthians 6:18 WEB says Flee sexual immorality! Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Therefore, ensure that your relationship with this woman remains pure and honoring to God as you get to know each other. Be prepared to be a godly spouse. Ephesians 5:25-26 WEB instructs husbands to love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it that he might sanctify it, having cleansed it by the washing of water with the word.
Regarding employment, we encourage you to continue trusting in God and applying for jobs that fit your skills and interests. 2 Thessalonians 3:10-12 WEB says For even when we were with you, we commanded you this: If anyone is not willing to work, don't let him eat. For we hear of some who walk among you in rebellion, who don't work at all, but are busybodies. Now those who are such, we command and exhort in the Lord Jesus Christ, that they work with quietness and eat their own bread.
Here is our prayer for you:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus Christ to lift up our brother. We pray that you will bring a godly wife into his life, someone who loves you and loves him. We ask for miracles in his life and a deepening of his faith. We pray for a spirit of discernment and wisdom as he seeks to get to know his future wife. We pray that you will bless him with a good job that will use his skills and talents and glorify your name. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Continue to trust in God and His timing. He is faithful and will provide for all your needs according to his riches in glory. Philippians 4:19. Keep your faith in Jesus Christ strong as it is only in His name we can come to God the Father. If you have not placed your faith in Jesus Christ then we encourage you to make that your number one priority as it is the most important thing to do. Acts 4:12 WEB states There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!
