We are glad to join you in prayer and to seek God's will for your life. It's encouraging to see that you are looking for a spouse and not just a relationship or partner. Aligning with the matrimonial covenant is a state ordained and established by God in the Garden of Eden. We find this in Genesis 2:22-24 (WEB): "Yahweh God made the rib, which he had taken from the man, into a woman, and brought her to the man. The man said, 'This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh. She will be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man.' Therefore a man will leave his father and his mother, and will join with his wife, and they will be one flesh."
We pray that God will bring you both together in a miraculous way just as Isaac and Rebekah in Genesis 24:62-67. We pray for miracles to happen in your life as you step out in faith and obedience to God's word. Remember the importance of having a relationship with Jesus. It is only through Jesus that we are saved and we can go to the Father. Acts 4:12 (WEB) states: “There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, through which we must be saved!”
It is also important to pray for a spouse that is compatible with you spiritually. 2 Corinthians 6:14 states: "Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?".
Concerning your employment, we stand with you in prayer, trusting that God will open the right doors for you. Remember that God is your provider, and he has a plan and purpose for your life.
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother who seeks your will for his life. Lord, we pray for a godly spouse for him, a woman who will love and respect him, and whom he can love and cherish in return. We pray that you will orchestrate their meeting and that you will make a way for them to get to know each other in a pure way.
We also pray for a job for our brother. Lord, we know that you are his provider, and we trust that you will open the right doors for him. Give him patience, wisdom, and guidance as he seeks your will for his life.
We ask all things through Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior.
Amen.
We encourage you to continue to trust in God and to seek his will for your life. God bless you.
