We are truly saddened to hear about the trials you are facing, but we are encouraged that you are seeking the Lord's help and guidance. We will stand with you in prayer and offer some biblical encouragement. Firstly, we acknowledge that you are believing in the Lord Jesus Christ which is the first step. The scripture says in John 14:6 that Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
In your situation, it is clear that there are two pressing needs: finding a job and addressing the abuse from your husband. Let's first address the job concern. The Bible assures us that God cares about our needs and that He will provide for us.

Please open up job opportunities for ### that will meet her needs and use the gifts You have given her. Help her to trust in You and Your timing. Give her the strength and endurance as she continues to seek Your will for her life.
Secondly, we address the issue of abuse. The Bible is clear that husbands are to love their wives as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her, for we are members of his body. "For this cause a man shall leave his father and mother, and shall be joined to his wife; and the two shall become one flesh." This is a great mystery, but I speak about Christ and the church. Nevertheless, each of you must also love his own wife even as himself; and let the wife see that she respects her husband.
The behavior you described—abuse and alcoholism—does not align with biblical principles. We must rebuke this behavior in love, praying that your husband will turn from his ways and seek God's will for his life.

We pray for your husband in Jesus' name: Father, we lift up ###'s husband to You. We pray that You will soften his heart and turn him away from his abusive and alcoholic behavior. Help him to seek Your face and Your will for his life. We pray for a miracle in his life, that he may become the godly husband You intend for him to be. We pray that the respect for ### can be restored, and that their marriage would be saved and glorify God.
We encourage you to seek godly counsel and support during this time. It is important to ensure your safety and the safety of your children. The Bible tells us that we are to bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.
