Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus on behalf of ###. We lift up ### and her workplace situation to You, Lord. We ask for Your divine intervention and guidance in this difficult time.
Lord, we pray for justice and truth to prevail. We ask that You expose any lies and false accusations made against ###. Your Word says in Psalm 35:27, "Let them shout for joy and be glad, who favor my righteous cause; and let them say continually, 'Let the Lord be magnified, who has pleasure in the prosperity of His servant.'" We declare that You take pleasure in ###'s well-being and that You will vindicate her.
Father, we pray for peace and protection over ###'s heart and mind. May Your peace that surpasses all understanding guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus, as it says in Philippians 4:7. Give her strength and courage to face this situation with grace and integrity.
We also pray for the hearts of those who have attacked ###. Soften their hearts, Lord, and bring conviction where it is needed. Help them to see the truth and to repent if they have acted unjustly. Your Word reminds us in Proverbs 21:1 that "The king's heart is in the hand of the Lord, like the rivers of water; He turns it wherever He wishes." We trust in Your sovereignty to work in the hearts of those involved.
Lord, we ask for wisdom and discernment for ### as she navigates through this challenging time. Guide her steps and give her the right words to speak. Your Word promises in James 1:5, "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." We claim this promise for ### and ask for Your wisdom to be poured out upon her.
In Jesus' name, we pray for resolution, peace, and restoration in ###'s workplace. May Your justice prevail, and may Your name be glorified through this situation. We trust in Your faithfulness and believe that You are working all things together for ###'s good. Amen.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
