We lift you up before the Lord with great joy as you prepare for your interview on Tuesday at 9 am. What a wonderful opportunity to trust in God’s provision and sovereignty over your life! We thank Jesus for opening this door and ask that He would go before you, granting you favor, wisdom, and peace as you step into this moment.
Father in Heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, knowing that every good and perfect gift comes from You. We ask that You would prepare the hearts of those conducting the interview, that they would see Your hand at work in this situation. Grant our brother/sister clarity of mind, confidence in their abilities, and the words to speak with grace and truth. May this interview not only be a success in the eyes of man but also bring glory to Your name. If it is Your will, Lord, turn this opportunity into a job offer that will provide for their needs and allow them to serve You faithfully in this new season.
The Bible reminds us in Proverbs 3:5-6, *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths."* We declare this promise over your life today. Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God (Philippians 4:6). The Lord is your provider, and He knows exactly what you need.
We also encourage you to reflect on Colossians 3:23, *"And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men."* Whether this interview leads to this particular job or another opportunity, remember that your ultimate purpose is to honor God in all that you do. Trust that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28).
Heavenly Father, we rebuke any spirit of fear, doubt, or discouragement that may try to creep into this situation. We stand on Your Word, which declares in 2 Timothy 1:7, *"For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control."* Fill our brother/sister with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
We pray all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, the One who has overcome the world and who holds your future in His hands. Amen.
