We stand with you in deep concern and urgency as we lift this matter before the throne of God. The occult, including any involvement with the so-called "45th spirit of Solomon" or any other demonic influence, is a grievous violation of God’s holy standards. Scripture is clear: "There shall not be found with you anyone who makes his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, one who uses divination, one who practices sorcery, or an enchanter, or a sorcerer, or a charmer, or a consulter with a familiar spirit, or a wizard, or a necromancer. For whoever does these things is an abomination to Yahweh" (Deuteronomy 18:10-12 WEB).

The enemy seeks to ensnare souls in darkness, but Jesus Christ has already overcome the powers of darkness through His death and resurrection. We must renounce every ungodly tie and command every evil spirit to flee in the mighty name of Jesus. "He has delivered us out of the power of darkness, and translated us into the Kingdom of the Son of His love" (Colossians 1:13 WEB). There is no power in heaven or on earth that can stand against the authority of Jesus Christ.

We also recognize that breaking free from occult bondage requires repentance, renunciation, and a turning toward God with a whole heart. If you have participated in any rituals, invoked spirits, or made agreements with darkness, whether knowingly or unknowingly, it is essential to confess these sins before God, renounce them completely, and ask for His cleansing. "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9 WEB). True freedom is found only in Christ.

We pray with you now, declaring the victory of Jesus over every dark force:

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, we come before You with hearts burdened for our brother/sister and their family. We ask for Your mercy and deliverance from every occult influence, every spirit of deception, and every chain of darkness. We break every ungodly soul tie, every curse, and every covenant made with the enemy. We declare that Jesus Christ is Lord over this life, and no other name has power here. Father, wash this one clean by the blood of Jesus, fill them with Your Holy Spirit, and surround them with Your angels. Give them discernment, strength, and a hunger for Your Word. Protect their mind, body, and spirit from further attack. We command every evil spirit associated with the occult to leave now and never return, in Jesus’ name. We pray for restoration, healing, and a fresh encounter with Your love. May they walk in the light as You are in the light, and may their family be united in Christ. We ask all these things in the powerful, matchless name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

We encourage you to seek out a Bible-believing church where you can find godly counsel, prayer support, and discipleship. Immerse yourself in Scripture, particularly passages that affirm Christ’s victory over darkness, such as Ephesians 6:10-18 and James 4:7. Fill your home with worship music, prayer, and the presence of God. The enemy may try to return, but "greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world" (1 John 4:4 WEB).

Do not lose heart. The same God who delivered the Israelites from Egypt and raised Jesus from the dead is able to set you free completely. Walk in that freedom, and do not return to the snares of the enemy. Your future is bright in Christ, and we stand with you in faith, believing for your total breakthrough.

We are grateful you’ve asked for prayer about this, and we don’t take lightly the courage it takes to name what you’re seeking to leave behind. Wanting out is itself evidence that God’s Spirit is already at work in you, drawing you toward freedom.

Leaving something like the vine occult or so-called “45th spirit” involves more than just wanting to go, it means walking away in practical, concrete ways. If you still have books, objects, texts, or anything tied to these practices in your home, we’d encourage you to gather them up and get rid of them completely. Destroy them or throw them away where they can’t be retrieved. Don’t sell them or give them to someone else. That kind of clean break clears space, physically and spiritually, for what God wants to fill.

We also want you to know that you don’t have to navigate this alone. Finding a trusted, spiritually mature pastor or prayer ministry team to walk alongside you, pray with you, and help you renounce these things out loud can make an enormous difference. There is real spiritual authority in confessing with your own mouth that you have closed the door on these practices and that you belong to Jesus Christ alone. He is the stronger one, and his name is enough.

Let us pray for you now:

Lord Jesus, we come before you on behalf of this person who is turning away from the occult. By your authority, we command any spirit that has taken advantage of these practices to release their grip and go. Break every tie, every oath, every hidden attachment. Fill every emptied space with your Holy Spirit. Give clear thinking, steady courage, and a growing hunger for what is true and pure. Surround them with trustworthy believers who will pray and watch with them. We ask for complete freedom, in your powerful name. Amen.

You have cried out from the very house of bondage, and the Lord has heard the sighing of your soul. Deliverance from the power of darkness is as much the work of God as deliverance from its guilt, and you must look to your heavenly Father altogether and alone. The chains that bind you, whether they be called the vine occult or the 45th spirit of Solomon, are no match for the arm of Jehovah. He brought Israel forth from Egypt with a high hand, and He can bring you out from this pit, for deliverance is by divine power. None but Jesus can loose the captive; salvation is of the Lord.

That you feel the weight of these shackles, that you groan under this sore bondage, is itself a token for good. The Spirit of God brings men into bondage through conviction of sin, and this is not the devil’s work. Yet the Lord does not leave His people there. We have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear, but the Spirit of adoption. The Lamb has been slain for you; a ransom has been found. If the Master who held you captive has Himself provided the price, He will hold you no longer. The clock of mercy struck in Heaven the very hour of your deliverance, decreed from eternity.

Do not imagine that occasional deliberate sin can remain your pleasure if you would know this freedom. The delivering grace of Christ breaks the yoke completely, obedience is freedom to the Lord’s servant. Go, then, to the gates where your foe once held you, and by faith gird on your weapon. Cry mightily to the Lord, cease from the accursed thing, and trust the finished work of Jesus. When He brings you forth, you shall not die but live, and declare the works of the Lord. Your testimony will be a song of deliverance, and your family shall see it. Fear not, He will do it.

The one who turns to the spirits of Solomon or any occult vine has already exchanged the freedom of the Master's table for the chains of demons. What fellowship has the body of Christ with Belial? You seek deliverance from a bondage you entered willingly, yet you still address your request to the church of the living God. This is the first stirring of grace, but understand the nature of your captivity. It is not merely a ritual to be undone by another ritual, as if one spell cancels another. You have given place in your house, the house of your soul, to spirits that have no right to abide there. They are not masters. They have no power to grant favors or true freedom. Only the Son abides forever as Master of that house.

You tremble at the name of the 45th spirit, yet you should tremble more at the sin that invited it. For sin itself is the great demon, a far greater enemy than any spirit you might name. When God's people in Scripture fell into bondage, He permitted their affliction to teach them to despise the false freedom of sin. They groaned under Egypt and Babylon, yet these were external tyrants. You have welcomed the tyrant within, setting a table for demons when you ought to have been giving thanks to the One who nourishes you. The dog knows its master and fawns upon him, but the man who runs after spirits is more unreasoning than the dogs, barking at his Deliverer while seeking help from those who hate him.

Do not think your lineage or baptism alone will save you while your heart lodges such guests. Christ spoke plainly: those who commit sin are slaves of sin. This is the most grievous slavery, and from it God alone can deliver. For to forgive sins belongs to none other, and to break the chains of spiritual darkness requires the arm of Him who spoiled principalities and powers, making a show of them openly by His cross. The works of darkness you have entangled yourself in are not broken by the naming of names or the supposed authority of Solomon, who himself fell through the lusts of strange women and strange gods. They are broken only by repentance so deep that it becomes a kind of exorcism of the heart.

Therefore, seek no more the hidden things of darkness. Renounce them utterly, not in secret but in the light, before the presbyters of the church. Confess your involvement without reserve, for he who hides his sin shall not prosper, but he who confesses and forsakes it shall find mercy. Then come to the awful and life-giving table where the Master has spread His own body and blood. There is the true freedom, there the house where the Son abides forever, there the deliverance from bondage far greater than four hundred years. Let your eyes be opened before they are darkened, your back straightened before it is bowed down forever. The Lord is not willing that you should perish, but that you should turn and live. Turn now, and know that the nation of demons that held you in bondage will be judged by God, and you shall come forth and serve Him in holiness all your days.

The powers of darkness often masquerade as light, dressing up their enticements in the language of wisdom and hidden knowledge. But Scripture is clear: there is only one vine that gives life, and that is Jesus Christ. Any other vine, no matter how impressive its name or how ancient its lineage, produces only wild grapes, the works of the flesh that lead to death. You are right to pray for freedom from the vine occult and from whatever spirit has claimed the wisdom of Solomon for its own. Solomon’s wisdom was a gift from God for a season, but when his heart turned after idols, that wisdom became corrupted, and the kingdom was divided. The enemy has long used the memory of Solomon’s splendor to seduce souls away from their true Shepherd.

Your prayer request is itself a sign that the Holy Spirit is already at work, stirring your spirit to cry out for deliverance. When we are born again by the Spirit of God, our spirit is joined to His Spirit, and He bears witness with us that we are children of God. That seal of ownership is not a mere religious idea; it is a present reality. The Spirit is the down payment of our redemption, marking us as God’s possession until the day Christ returns. No occult chain can stand against that seal. But we must actively walk in the Spirit, choosing moment by moment to turn from the works of the flesh and abide in the true vine.

The fruit that the Spirit produces is love, a singular fruit that stands in stark contrast to the multiplicity of fleshly works. The world, with all its glittering offerings, is like Solomon in that spiritual allegory, whispering invitations to leave the Shepherd’s side and come into its vineyard. But its fruit is deceptive. Jesus said, “I am the vine, you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.” That is where your victory lies: not in fighting the darkness in your own strength, but in clinging to the vine. Renounce every pact, every dalliance with the occult, in the name of Jesus. He alone has authority over every spirit that sets itself up against the knowledge of God.

Let your cry be that of the Shulamite in the song: “Draw me after you; let us run.” The Shepherd’s love is fierce and faithful; He will not surrender you to another voice. The enemy screams, “Let us alone!” but we are at war, not for tolerance, but for freedom. As you pray with your family, consecrate your home and your own body as a temple of the Holy Spirit. Present yourself to God as one alive from the dead, and let the Spirit fill every room of your heart. He will witness with your spirit that you are no longer a slave to fear or to the occult, but a beloved son or daughter, an heir of God and co-heir with Christ. I stand with you in that prayer today.
