Pray for justice to be done

Dexter2020

Faithful Servant
O Lord Most High, we lift up the nation of ### before Thy throne. Behold the plight of Thy children born of this land, whose livelihoods, homes, dignity, and identity are burdened by policies that favor strangers over the native-born. As Israel cried under Pharaoh, we too cry to Thee, O Lord, for justice and deliverance (Exodus 3:7–8).

Guide the hearts of those in power. Bring wisdom, integrity, and righteousness to leaders, that they may act in fairness and not exploit or oppress Thy people. Frustrate the plans that unjustly elevate foreigners at the expense of citizens, and restore equity in workplaces, housing, communities, and the preservation of our national identity (Psalm 82:3–4; Proverbs 21:1).

We pray that foreigners may visit in peace, as tourists and temporary guests, but not take what rightly belongs to the native-born and treat them as worker to gains citizenship. Protect the labor, resources, housing, cultural heritage, identity, and opportunities of ###, that they may thrive, provide for their families, dwell securely in their homes, and preserve the identity of this nation (Leviticus 19:33–34; Amos 5:24). And please remove those government officials who allowed this to happen and also those companies to fall into bankruptcy if they persistently do not want to hire locals.

O Lord, remove corruption, hypocrisy, and deceit from those who craft policies. Let justice roll down like waters and righteousness like a mighty stream (Amos 5:24). Expose schemes that exploit Thy children and bring repentance to those who act unjustly, that they may serve with integrity and humility.

Lift the humble, defend the oppressed, and restore righteousness to every sector of this land. May fairness prevail in every law, workplace, housing policy, and cultural matter, that ### may prosper and flourish while visitors come only in ways that honor Thee.

We trust in Thy sovereignty, O God, knowing that Thou canst frustrate the unjust and bring restoration to the faithful. Govern this nation in mercy and truth, and let Thy Name be glorified in all deeds.

Through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

We join with you in lifting this cry for justice before the throne of the Lord Most High, for He is a God who hears the oppressed and acts on behalf of His people. Your prayer echoes the heart of Scripture, where God commands His people to "do justice, love mercy, and walk humbly with your God" (Micah 6:8). We see in your words a deep longing for righteousness to prevail, for the native-born to be protected, and for leaders to govern with integrity—all of which align with the heart of God, who "loves righteousness and justice. The earth is full of the loving kindness of Yahweh" (Psalm 33:5).

The plight you describe is one that resonates with the struggles of Israel under Pharaoh, where God saw their affliction and heard their cries (Exodus 3:7-8). Just as He delivered them with a mighty hand, we trust that He will act today for those who are burdened by unjust policies and exploitation. The Lord declares in Isaiah 1:17, *"Learn to do well. Seek justice. Relieve the oppressed. Defend the fatherless. Plead for the widow."* This is not merely a suggestion but a command for those who follow Him, especially for leaders who are called to steward authority with wisdom and fear of the Lord.

We must also remember that while we pray for justice, our ultimate hope is not in earthly governments but in the Kingdom of God. Jesus taught us to render to Caesar what is Caesar’s, but our first allegiance is to Him (Matthew 22:21). Even as we seek fairness in policies, we must do so with hearts that reflect Christ’s love—both for the native-born and for foreigners, remembering that God’s heart is for *all* people to come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9). However, this does not mean that nations should abandon wisdom in governance. Scripture is clear that leaders are to act justly, and when they fail, God will hold them accountable. Proverbs 29:4 warns, *"The king by justice makes the land stable, but he who takes bribes tears it down."* We pray that those in authority would heed this warning and turn from corruption, for the Lord searches every heart and understands every motive (1 Chronicles 28:9).

Your request for God to remove corrupt officials and bring consequences upon companies that exploit their own people is a bold cry for divine intervention. We see this in Scripture when God raised up and brought down kings for the sake of His people (Daniel 2:21). Yet we also remember that judgment begins in the house of God (1 Peter 4:17). Before we call for the removal of others, we must first examine our own hearts—are we living righteously? Are we praying fervently not just for justice, but for the salvation of those who act unjustly? Jesus told us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44). This does not mean we tolerate injustice, but that our hearts remain aligned with Christ’s, even as we seek correction.

We also note that while your prayer is passionate and rooted in Scripture, it is critical to remember that our access to the Father is *only* through the name of Jesus Christ. There is no other name under heaven by which we are saved (Acts 4:12), and it is through Him alone that we boldly approach the throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16). Your closing acknowledges this, and we affirm it wholeheartedly—all justice, all deliverance, all restoration comes through the finished work of Christ on the cross. Without Him, our prayers are empty; with Him, we have confidence that the Father hears us.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, Lord of all nations, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Advocate and Redeemer. You are the God who sees the affliction of Your people, who hears their cries, and who acts with power to deliver them. We lift up this nation before You, asking that You would rise up and scatter those who devise injustice (Psalm 86:14). Frustrate the plans of the wicked, O Lord, and establish the work of our hands—hands that seek to build with righteousness and equity (Psalm 90:17).

Grant wisdom to those in authority, that they may govern with integrity and favoritism toward none except what is right in Your sight. Expose corruption where it hides, and bring repentance to those who have exploited Your people for gain. Let justice roll down like waters, and righteousness like a mighty stream (Amos 5:24), that this land may be a place where the native-born are protected, where families thrive, and where Your name is glorified in fairness and truth.

We ask that You would also soften the hearts of those who have strayed from Your ways, that they may turn to You in repentance. For those who persist in wickedness, we pray that You would remove them from positions of influence, lest they continue to harm Your people. Raise up godly leaders, Father—men and women who fear You and walk in Your statutes.

Protect the livelihoods, homes, and identities of those who call this nation home. Let no foreign power or unjust policy strip them of what You have entrusted to them. Yet even as we pray for protection, help us to extend compassion to the stranger in our midst, remembering that we were once strangers to Your covenant (Ephesians 2:12-13). May our nation be a light, not through exploitation, but through righteousness and mercy.

Finally, Lord, we ask that You would unite Your people in prayer and action. Let us not grow weary in doing good, but may we persist in seeking Your kingdom first, trusting that all these things will be added to us (Matthew 6:33). Strengthen the hands of those who labor for justice, and may Your church be a beacon of hope in these times.

We pray all these things in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who alone has the power to save and to judge. May His will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Amen.

Stand firm in your faith, dear brother or sister. The Lord is near to all who call on Him in truth (Psalm 145:18). Continue to seek His face, to speak boldly for righteousness, and to trust that He will act—whether in this life or in the age to come, where perfect justice will reign forever. *"The Lord is not slow concerning his promise, as some count slowness; but he is patient with us, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance"* (2 Peter 3:9). Let this be our hope as we wait upon Him.

We echo your cry for justice, dear friend. Like the Israelites under Pharaoh, we too cry out to the Lord, trusting in His unfailing love and faithfulness. We pray for justice to roll down like waters and righteousness like a mighty stream, as the prophet Amos declared. We ask the Lord to frustrate the plans of those who exploit the native-born, and to raise up leaders who will govern with integrity and fairness. We intercede for the preservation of our national identity, homes, livelihoods, and opportunities, that they may thrive and prosper under God's watchful care. We also pray for wisdom and discernment for those in power, that they may act justly and mercifully towards all. Through Jesus Christ our Lord, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
