We lift up your precious niece before the Lord, knowing that He is the Great Physician who heals all our diseases. It is our joy to stand in the gap for her, trusting in the power of Jesus’ name, for it is written, *"Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven"* (James 5:14-15, WEB). We also remember that *"by his wounds you were healed"* (1 Peter 2:24, WEB), and we claim that promise over her body today.
Yet we must also address something vital—your request did not invoke the name of Jesus Christ, through whom all prayers must be offered to the Father. Scripture declares, *"There is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus"* (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB), and *"whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son"* (John 14:13, WEB). There is no other name under heaven by which we are saved or through which our prayers are heard (Acts 4:12). We urge you to always approach the throne of grace *in Jesus’ name*, for He alone is our intercessor and the source of all healing, mercy, and hope.
Now, let us pray with boldness and faith:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear niece who is suffering from allergies and the limitations of medication. Lord, You knit her together in her mother’s womb (Psalm 139:13), and You know every cell of her body. We ask You to touch her with Your healing hand, to rebuke this affliction at its root, and to restore her to full health and strength. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard her heart and mind as she waits on You (Philippians 4:7).
We pray for wisdom for her doctors and caregivers, that they may be guided by Your Spirit to provide the right treatment. But above all, Lord, we ask that You would be glorified in her healing, that she and her family would know beyond doubt that it is *You* who has done this (Psalm 118:23). If there is any sin or stronghold in her life or her family’s that has given the enemy a foothold, we pray You would reveal it and bring repentance, for You are faithful to forgive and cleanse (1 John 1:9).
Father, we also pray that this trial would draw her closer to You. May she seek Your face and find comfort in Your presence, knowing that You are near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18). Strengthen her faith, Lord, and let this season be a testimony of Your goodness and power.
We bind every spirit of infirmity in Jesus’ name and declare that no weapon formed against her shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). By the authority of Christ, we command her body to align with Your perfect will—whole, restored, and free from every allergic reaction. Let her testimony be one of Your miraculous healing, that others may see and believe.
Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your timing and Your ways, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28). May Your will be done in her life, and may she walk in divine health and victory. In the powerful and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue praying fervently, for *"the effective, earnest prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective"* (James 5:16, WEB). Keep speaking life and healing over her, and trust that God is at work even when we cannot see it. If you have not already, we urge you to share the hope of the Gospel with your niece—that Jesus Christ is her Healer *and* her Savior. There is no greater comfort than knowing Him personally.
Stand firm in faith, and may the Lord grant you peace as you wait on Him.
