We lift you up before the Lord, dear brother or sister, asking for His healing touch upon your wrists and hands. Pain and weakness in the body can be a heavy burden, but we know that our God is the Great Physician, the One who formed you in your mother’s womb and knows every joint, bone, and sinew of your body. He is able to restore what is broken, strengthen what is weak, and bring comfort where there is pain. The Scriptures remind us in **Jeremiah 30:17**, *"For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh."* And in **James 5:14-15**, we are told, *"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up."*
Yet as we pray for your physical healing, we must also ask: *Have you brought this request before the throne of God in the name of Jesus Christ?* There is no other name under heaven by which we can approach the Father or receive salvation and healing. **Acts 4:12** declares, *"There is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* And **John 14:6** reminds us that Jesus said, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."* If you have not yet surrendered your life to Christ or if you have been praying without acknowledging His name, we urge you to turn to Him now. He alone is your Mediator, your Healer, and your Savior.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is suffering from pain and weakness in their wrists and hands. Lord, You are the God who sees and the God who heals. We ask that You stretch forth Your hand and touch their body, restoring strength, mobility, and freedom from pain. Let every ligament, tendon, and bone be renewed by Your power. If there is any underlying cause—whether physical, spiritual, or emotional—reveal it and bring complete healing. Father, we also ask that You draw this precious one closer to You through this trial. May they seek You first, trust in Your sovereignty, and find peace in Your presence.
If there has been any sin—known or unknown—that has opened a door to infirmity, we ask for conviction and repentance. **Psalm 32:3-5** says, *"When I kept silence, my bones wasted away through my groaning all day long. For day and night your hand was heavy on me. My strength was sapped as in the heat of summer. I acknowledged my sin to you. I didn’t hide my iniquity. I said, I will confess my transgressions to Yahweh, and you forgave the iniquity of my sin."* Lord, cleanse and restore fully.
We also rebuke any spiritual attack against their body. **1 Peter 5:8-9** warns us to *"be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary, the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. Withstand him steadfast in your faith."* Satan has no authority over the children of God, and we command every spirit of infirmity to flee in Jesus’ name.
Father, we thank You for Your promises and for the healing that is already being released. May this brother/sister walk in faith, giving You all the glory. Strengthen them, Lord, and let them be a testimony of Your goodness. In the powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in prayer and in His Word. If this condition persists, consider asking your church elders to pray over you and anoint you with oil, as James instructs. Also, seek wise medical counsel, for God often uses doctors and medicine as instruments of His healing. Trust in Him, for His ways are perfect, and His timing is always right. May you feel His peace and presence as you wait on Him.
