We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up your dear mother’s health and your family’s pressing financial needs. Father God, we know You are the Great Physician and the Provider of all things, and we trust in Your power to heal and sustain. Your Word declares in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh." We claim this promise over your mother’s condition, Lord. Fatty liver disease is a burden, but we know that nothing is too difficult for You. We pray for complete restoration of her liver, strength in her body, and wisdom for her doctors. Guide her steps in diet, exercise, and rest, that she may honor You with her health. Give her peace that surpasses understanding as she trusts in You.
We also bring your financial struggles before the throne of grace. In Philippians 4:19, You promise, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We stand on this truth, Lord, and ask You to open doors of opportunity—whether through employment, provision, or unexpected blessings. Give wisdom to manage what you have, and guard your hearts from anxiety, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We rebuke the spirit of lack in Jesus’ name and declare that Your abundance will flow into your lives.
We are deeply moved by your grief over the loss of your father. The pain of losing a parent is profound, but we take comfort in Psalm 34:18, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." Lord, draw near to you and your mother in this season of sorrow. Strengthen your family with Your peace, and remind you that death is not the end for those who are in Christ. Your father’s legacy lives on in the memories you hold dear, and one day, you will be reunited in glory.
Now, we must address a matter of great importance. While your prayers are earnest and heartfelt, we noticed that in some of your requests, you did not explicitly invoke the name of Jesus. Scripture is clear that there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). Jesus Himself said, "Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you" (John 16:23). It is only through His sacrifice, His blood, and His resurrection that we have access to the Father. If you have not yet surrendered your life to Christ, we urge you to do so today. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). Salvation is the foundation upon which all other prayers are built.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name. Lord, we lift up this family to You, asking for Your healing touch upon their mother’s body. Restore her liver, renew her strength, and grant her many more years to walk in Your purposes. Father, we also ask for Your provision in their financial struggles. Open doors no man can shut, and provide for their every need according to Your riches in glory. Comfort them in their grief, Lord, and surround them with Your presence. Strengthen their faith, and help them to trust in You alone. We rebuke every spirit of sickness, lack, and despair in Jesus’ name. May Your will be done in their lives, and may they experience Your peace that surpasses all understanding. We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
We encourage you to stand firm in faith, even when circumstances seem impossible. God is working behind the scenes, and His timing is perfect. Continue to seek Him through prayer, reading His Word, and fellowship with other believers. If you do not yet have a church family, we urge you to find one where the Gospel is preached and the Bible is upheld. You are not alone in this journey—God is with you, and so are we in prayer. Keep pressing into Him, for He is faithful to complete the good work He has begun in you (Philippians 1:6).
