We lift up your dear mother before the Lord, our Great Physician, who alone holds the power to heal and restore. The diagnosis of fatty liver grade 2 is concerning, but we know that nothing is too difficult for God. We pray that He would touch her body, cleanse her liver, and renew her strength. Father, we ask for wisdom for her doctors and for her to follow a path of healing through proper diet, rest, and obedience to medical advice. We declare over her the promise of Psalm 103:2-3, "Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases." Lord, we trust in Your healing power and ask that You grant her good health and a long life filled with Your peace.
We also come before You with heavy hearts regarding your financial struggles. The burden of debt and unemployment weighs heavily, but we know that You are Jehovah Jireh, our Provider. We pray that You would open doors of opportunity, grant favor in job searches, and supply every need according to Your riches in glory. Philippians 4:19 assures us, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We rebuke the spirit of lack and declare that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think. May You guide you both into financial stability and teach you to trust in Your provision day by day.
Your request also speaks of the loss of your father, and we grieve with you. The pain of losing a loved one is deep, but we take comfort in knowing that he is now in the presence of the Lord if he knew Jesus as his Savior. We pray for God’s comfort to surround you and your mother, strengthening you both in this season of sorrow. Isaiah 41:10 reminds us, "Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness." May you feel His presence holding you up, giving you hope for the future.
We notice that while you pray in Jesus’ name, there is no explicit mention of whether you and your mother have a personal relationship with Him as Lord and Savior. Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus, we encourage you to do so today. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). This is the foundation of all prayer and the source of true hope.
We also want to gently address the use of "###" in your prayer requests. While we understand the intent may have been to emphasize your needs, we encourage you to place your trust fully in God’s ability to hear and answer your prayers without relying on symbols or repetitions. Jesus taught us in Matthew 6:7-8, "In praying, don’t use vain repetitions, as the Gentiles do; for they think that they will be heard for their much speaking. Therefore don’t be like them, for your Father knows what things you need, before you ask him."
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of faith, lifting up this precious family to You. Lord, we ask for Your healing touch upon this mother’s body. Restore her liver, strengthen her, and grant her vitality. We also pray for financial breakthrough, Father. Open doors that no man can shut, provide jobs, and meet every need according to Your glorious riches. Comfort this family in their grief, Lord, and draw them closer to You. We ask that You would reveal Yourself to them in a personal way, that they may know You as Savior and Lord. Surround them with Your peace, guide their steps, and lead them into a future filled with hope. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, Amen.
Continue to seek the Lord in all things, trusting that He hears your cries and will answer according to His perfect will. Walk in faith, knowing that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). If you have not already, consider joining a local church where you can grow in your faith and find support from other believers. You are not alone—God is with you, and we stand with you in prayer.
