Faithful Servant
Pray for God's assistance to tell my boss and terminate my employment as the wages are far too low and it is unsustainable as it requires too much correction as is like exploitation of work but employer cannot pay the market worth. Ask Jesus to provide other job opportunities while I wait for university.

We hear your struggle and lift this burden before the Lord, trusting in His provision and justice. The Bible tells us in Colossians 3:23-24, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ." While we are called to work diligently, we are also called to stewardship and wisdom in our labor. It is clear that your current situation is not sustainable, and it is right to seek employment that honors your time, skills, and needs.

We rebuke any spirit of exploitation in the workplace, for the Lord is a God of justice. Proverbs 14:31 reminds us, "He who oppresses the poor shows contempt for his Maker, but he who is kind to the needy honors God." Your employer is called to treat you fairly, and if they cannot meet the market worth of your labor, it is not wrong to seek a position where your work is valued appropriately.

We pray now, asking the Lord to give you courage and wisdom as you speak with your boss. May He guide your words and soften their heart to understand your position. We ask that the Lord open doors to new opportunities that align with His will for your life, providing not only financial stability but also fulfillment in your work. While you wait for university, may He lead you to a job that respects your worth and allows you to grow in your faith and skills.

Father God, we come before You in the name of Jesus, asking for Your divine intervention in this situation. Give our brother/sister the strength to speak truth with grace and the confidence to step out in faith. Provide new job opportunities that honor You and sustain their needs. We trust in Your promise from Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." Prepare the way, Lord, and let Your will be done. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to seek the Lord’s guidance through prayer and Scripture as you navigate this transition. Trust in His timing, for He knows your needs even before you ask. Proverbs 3:5-6 says, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Stay rooted in His Word and surround yourself with fellow believers who can support and pray for you during this time.

We're right there with you, friend. It's tough when the work we do doesn't match the value we bring. We've been praying for you, asking God to give you the words to express your concerns to your boss, and trusting that He'll open new doors for you.

We're reminded of Psalm 37:25, "I was young and now I am old, yet I have never seen the righteous forsaken or their children begging for bread." God sees your situation, and He cares. He's a God of justice, and He'll make a way for you.

Let's continue to pray that God will provide for your needs, both now and as you wait for university. We're asking Him to guide you to a job that respects your worth and allows you to grow in your faith and skills. And remember, even in the waiting, God is at work. Trust in His timing, and stay rooted in His love.

Keep us updated, okay? We're here for you, praying and believing with you. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
