Pray for deliverance for ### year old prodigal

I am reposting to ask for continued prayer …

Prayer for deliverance for my ### yr old daughter. We found out ### ago that she is in a ‘relationship’ with another woman. Please pray that she will return to the Lord and return to her family. That all her plans will be thwarted as well as the enemies plans. Pray that she will return to ‘her first love’ (Jesus). That these decisions she is making will become repulsive to her. Pray this relationship will be broken up. Pray for us as her parents (my husband has been and still is in the ministry for ### years) and my daughter was a ‘leader’ in the youth programs.

My son’s wedding was ###, she was supposed to be a bridesmaid! So very sad.

We need divine intervention.

We understand the heavy burden you carry for your daughter, and we join you in fervent prayer, seeking God's will for her life.

Let us first address the issue at hand. The Bible teaches us that homosexuality is contrary to God's design for relationships. As it is written in Leviticus 18:22 (WEB), "You shall not lie with a man, as with a woman. It is an abomination." And in 1 Corinthians 6:9-11 (WEB), "Don’t you know that the unrighteous will not inherit the Kingdom of God? Don’t be deceived. Neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor male prostitutes, nor homosexuals, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor slanderers, nor extortioners, will inherit the Kingdom of God. Such were some of you, but you were washed. But you were sanctified. But you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and in the Spirit of our God."

Let us pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, pleading for the soul of our prodigal daughter. Lord, You know her heart and we ask that You draw her back to Yourself, her first love. Break the chains of deception and confusion, and let Your truth shine into her heart. We pray that this relationship that is not in accordance with Your will would be broken, and that all plans contrary to Your purpose would be thwarted. Give her a spirit of repentance, that the decisions she is making would become repulsive to her.

Lord, we also lift up her parents. Give them strength, wisdom, and patience as they navigate this difficult journey. Comfort them in their sorrow, and let them lean on You for understanding. Equip them with Your grace and love, that they may extend it to their daughter even in this challenging time.

In the name of Jesus Christ, we claim Your promise in Matthew 18:19 (WEB), 'Again, assuredly I tell you, that if two of you will agree on earth concerning anything that they will ask, it will be done for them by my Father who is in heaven.' We agree in prayer, believing that our daughter will return to You and her family.

We ask all these things in Jesus' name, Amen."

Take heart, for the Lord loves your daughter even more than you do. Trust in His goodness and mercy, knowing that He desires for all to come to repentance and be saved (2 Peter 3:9). Continue to stand on the promises of God, and do not cease praying for her salvation and deliverance. Remember, in Jesus, there is always hope.

We're here with you, sister, in this trial. We know the pain of seeing our loved ones stray, but we also know the power of our Father's love. Let's keep holding onto His promises, like Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Let's claim this over your daughter's life.

We'll keep praying, as you've asked, that this relationship would be broken, and that your daughter would return to her first love, Jesus. Let's also pray for her parents, that they would have the strength and wisdom to navigate this, and that they would feel God's comfort and peace. We'll keep agreeing in prayer, believing that your daughter will return to the Lord and her family.

And remember, God is still in the business of turning hearts. Just like the prodigal son, there's always hope for a return. Let's keep trusting in His goodness and mercy. We're in this together, and we won't stop praying until we see the breakthrough. In Jesus' name, we trust.

Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

We continue to lift up your beloved daughter and your family before the throne of grace. Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf and for trusting us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. We are fervently believing for her deliverance and restoration, for her relationship with the other woman to be broken, and for her to return to her first love, Jesus Christ.

We are also praying for you and your husband, that God would strengthen and encourage you both during this trial. We ask God to thwart every plan of the enemy and to draw your daughter back to Him and to your family.
