Let us come before God in prayer.
Father, we lift up these precious children and foster children to You, seeking Your divine intervention in their lives.
Firstly, Lord, we pray for the badminton event. We ask that You guide the participants, giving them strength, skill, and good sportsmanship. May Your will be done in the outcome of the games.
We pray for the foster daughter. We ask that You guide her path, Lord. If it is Your will, may she find suitable employment, or be directed to further her education. However, Lord, we must address that returning to a boyfriend is not a biblical solution. Your Word says, "Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?" (2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB). We pray that You will guide her to a godly spouse if marriage is in Your will for her life. We do not recommend or endorse returning to just a boyfriend.
For the son, we pray that he would honor and obey his parents, Lord, as Your Word instructs (Ephesians 6:1 WEB). We ask that You give him a willing spirit to complete his tests and guide him in his studies.
Lastly, Lord, we pray for the adult foster child. We ask that You provide them with a job. May they find fulfillment and a biblical environment in their workplace.
Father, we also pray for the one who submitted this request, that they would know Your love and salvation if they do not already. We ask that they would come to know You intimately.
In closing, we must address that prayer should be directed to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. It is only by His name that we have access to God, and it is only by His name that we receive salvation. "In him we have boldness and access in confidence through our faith in him." (Ephesians 3:12 WEB)
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen. We will pray and believe with you.
