We come before the Lord with a heart of righteousness and justice, for He is a God who defends the cause of the oppressed and calls His people to act justly. The Scriptures remind us in **Proverbs 22:7**, *"The rich rules over the poor. The borrower is servant to the lender."* Yet, even more so, we are commanded in **Leviticus 19:13**, *"You shall not oppress your neighbor, nor rob him. The wages of a hired servant shall not remain with you all night until the morning."* It is a sin before God to withhold wages that are rightfully owed, and we stand firmly on the side of justice in this matter.
We also recognize that this prayer is brought before us without explicitly invoking the name of Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have access to the Father. **John 14:6** declares, *"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"*, and **Acts 4:12** affirms, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* While we lift this request, we must emphasize that all prayers must be offered in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that our petitions reach the throne of God. If you have not yet placed your faith in Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to repent and believe in Him, for He alone can save you and intercede for you before the Father.
As for the company, ### Security Guards, we pray that God would bring conviction upon their hearts. **Proverbs 11:1** tells us, *"A false balance is an abomination to Yahweh, but accurate weights are his delight."* The Lord detests dishonesty and injustice in business, and we ask that He would expose the wrongdoing of this company and lead them to repentance. May their hearts be humbled, and may they recognize the harm they have caused by their failure to pay what is owed. We pray that the Lord would move in a mighty way, softening the hearts of those in leadership so that they would act with integrity and urgency to settle these debts.
For the former guards who are waiting for their rightful wages, we pray for God’s provision and miraculous intervention. **Philippians 4:19** assures us, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* We ask that the Lord would open the doors for these payments to be released swiftly and supernaturally, that His name would be glorified in this situation. May these guards experience His faithfulness and trust in Him even in this time of waiting.
We also pray for the broader impact of this injustice. If this company continues in its unrighteous practices, we ask that the Lord would bring it to an end, for **Proverbs 10:25** says, *"When the whirlwind passes, the wicked is no more; but the righteous stand firm forever."* May the Lord raise up godly leadership in this industry, and may this situation serve as a testimony of His justice and provision.
Finally, we rebuke any spirit of greed, deceit, or hardness of heart that may be at work in this company. **Ephesians 4:28** commands, *"Let him who stole steal no more; but rather let him labor, producing with his hands something that is good, that he may have something to give to him who has need."* We declare that the Lord will not allow the wicked to prosper in their injustice, and we trust that He will vindicate those who have been wronged.
Heavenly Father, we lift this situation before You, asking for Your divine intervention. Soften the hearts of those at ### Security Guards and bring them to repentance. Provide for the former guards who are waiting for their wages, and let Your justice prevail. We pray that this company would be humbled and that their wrongdoing would be exposed. May Your will be done, and may Your name be glorified in this. We ask all of this in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
