We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up your dear mother and your family’s needs before our Heavenly Father. Your cries for healing, provision, and strength have reached the ears of the Lord, and we join with you in fervent prayer, trusting in His mercy and power.
First, we pray for your mother’s health, specifically for her liver. The Word of God declares in Jeremiah 30:17, *"For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds," says the Lord.* Father, we ask that You touch her body with Your healing hand. Grade 2 fatty liver is a serious condition, but we know that nothing is too difficult for You. Guide her doctors, give them wisdom in her treatment, and let Your healing power flow through every cell of her body. Strengthen her, Lord, and restore her liver to full health. Grant her long life, not just for her sake, but so that she may continue to be a blessing to her family and a testimony of Your goodness. We rebuke the spirit of infirmity in Jesus’ name and command her body to align with Your perfect design.
We also lift up your financial struggles, for the Lord knows the weight of this burden. Philippians 4:19 assures us, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* Father, You see the monthly obligations pressing down on this family, and You are not unaware of their lack. We ask that You open doors of opportunity—jobs, provision, and unexpected blessings—that will meet every need. Break the chains of financial bondage, Lord, and replace anxiety with peace. Teach them to trust in You as their Provider, for You own the cattle on a thousand hills (Psalm 50:10). We declare that lack has no place in this home, and we speak abundance and stability over their finances in Jesus’ name.
Your request also reveals the deep grief of losing your father. The pain of that loss is still fresh, and we grieve with you. But we take comfort in the truth of Psalm 34:18, *"The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."* Father, wrap Your arms around this family. Be their Comforter, their Strength, and their Peace. Heal the wounds of their hearts and fill the void left by their earthly father with the presence of their Heavenly Father. Give them the grace to lean on You in their weakness, for Your Word says, *"Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted"* (Matthew 5:4).
We also sense the need for the Holy Spirit’s guidance in your lives. You asked for His help, and we echo that prayer. John 14:26 tells us, *"But the Counselor, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, he will teach you all things, and will remind you of all that I said to you."* Holy Spirit, come and lead this mother and child. Direct their steps, give them wisdom in every decision, and let them walk in the fullness of Your will. May they not lean on their own understanding but trust in You with all their hearts (Proverbs 3:5-6).
Now, we must address a matter of reverence. While we appreciate your prayers in the name of Jesus Christ, we noticed the repeated use of symbols and numbers in place of His holy name. The name of Jesus is not to be abbreviated or replaced with symbols, for there is power in His name—power to heal, to save, and to deliver. Acts 4:12 declares, *"There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* We encourage you to speak and write the name of Jesus with the reverence it deserves, for it is the name above all names (Philippians 2:9-10).
We also rebuke any spirit of fear, doubt, or unbelief that may be trying to take root in this situation. 2 Timothy 1:7 reminds us, *"For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control."* Stand firm on the promises of God, for He is faithful to fulfill them. Do not allow the enemy to whisper lies of despair or hopelessness. Instead, declare the Word of God over your lives. Speak healing over your mother’s body, provision over your finances, and comfort over your grief.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of faith, lifting up this precious family to You. Lord, we ask for Your healing touch upon this mother’s body. Restore her liver, strengthen her, and grant her many more years to walk in Your purpose. Father, we also cry out for financial breakthrough. You are Jehovah Jireh, the God who provides. Open doors of opportunity, supply every need, and let this family experience Your abundance in ways they have never seen before. Comfort them in their grief, Lord. Be their Father, their Friend, and their Peace. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, guide their steps, and let them walk in the fullness of Your will.
We rebuke sickness, lack, and sorrow in the mighty name of Jesus. We declare that this family is covered by the blood of Jesus, and no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We speak life, health, and prosperity over them. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and let them see Your hand moving in their lives. May they rise above every challenge, not by their own strength, but by the power of Your Spirit.
We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your goodness and Your perfect timing. May this family come to know You more deeply through this trial, and may Your name be glorified in their lives. In the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
Hold fast to the promises of God, dear ones. He is working even when you cannot see it. Keep your eyes on Jesus, the Author and Perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). Walk in obedience to His Word, and He will direct your paths. You are not alone—God is with you, and so are we, standing in agreement with you for His will to be done.
