We join you in lifting up your mother and you before the throne of grace, knowing that our Heavenly Father hears the cries of His children and delights in answering prayers that align with His will. Your heart for your family is evident, and we are grateful you have called upon the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. As Scripture declares, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me"* (John 14:6, WEB). It is by faith in Christ alone that we are saved, and it is in His mighty name that we pray with confidence.
Your request for your mother’s health and long life resonates with the promise found in Proverbs 3:7-8: *"Don’t be wise in your own eyes. Fear Yahweh, and depart from evil. It will be health to your body, and nourishment to your bones."* We pray that the Lord will grant her strength, healing, and vitality, that she may live a life abundant in years and rich in faith. May He guard her body from sickness and her heart from fear, filling her with His peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). We also ask that the Lord would surround her with His angels, as He has promised: *"For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways"* (Psalm 91:11, WEB).
You have also asked for strength for your family as you navigate life without your father, who is now with the Lord. We know that grief can be heavy, but we take comfort in the hope we have in Christ, who has conquered death. Jesus said, *"I am the resurrection and the life. Your father is now in the presence of the Lord, free from pain and sorrow, and one day, you will be reunited with him in glory. We pray for prosperity—not just in material things, but in the richness of God’s kingdom. May He provide for your every need according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19) and grant you wisdom to steward all He entrusts to you. *"But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well"* (Matthew 6:33, WEB). We pray for prosperity in every area of their lives—spiritually, emotionally, and physically. May they seek first Your kingdom and trust in Your provision, knowing that You are faithful to supply all their needs. Protect them, Lord, from the schemes of the enemy. Surround them with Your angels and let Your favor rest upon them like a shield.
Guide their steps, Father, into the future You have prepared for them. May they walk in obedience to Your Word, growing in faith and love, and may their lives bring glory to Your name.
