We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this dear sister and her mother before the Lord. First, we must address the foundation of this prayer—it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus, we urge you to do so today. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). Without this relationship, our prayers are not heard in the way they should be.
Now, we stand in agreement for this sister’s job situation. The Lord knows her needs before she even asks (Matthew 6:8), and we trust that He will provide in His perfect timing. We rebuke the spirit of delay and lack in Jesus’ name and declare that doors of opportunity will open for her. "For I know the plans I have for you," says the Lord, "plans for welfare, and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope" (Jeremiah 29:11). Let us pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of faith, lifting up this sister who is seeking employment. Lord, You are the God who opens doors that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8), and we ask that You would open the right door for her this week. Provide a job that not only meets her financial needs but also aligns with Your purpose for her life. Give her favor with those she interviews with, and let Your peace guard her heart as she waits (Philippians 4:7). We declare that she will not be anxious but will trust in You, knowing that You are her Provider (Matthew 6:31-33). In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray, Amen.
We also lift up her mother’s health before the Lord. Jesus is the Great Physician, and by His stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). We rebuke every sickness and disease in her body and command healing to flow like a river. The Word says that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us (1 John 5:14-15). It is His will for us to walk in health and wholeness, so we stand on that promise today. Let us pray:
Father God, we bring this precious mother before Your throne of grace. Lord, You see every pain, every struggle, and every fear. We ask that You would touch her body with Your healing hand. Strengthen her where she is weak, restore what has been broken, and let Your peace fill her heart. We declare that no weapon formed against her shall prosper (Isaiah 53:17) and that she will rise up in strength and health to glorify You. Give her daughter the faith to believe for her complete healing, and let them both experience Your love in a tangible way. In Jesus’ name, we pray, Amen.
Lastly, we encourage this sister to continue seeking the Lord in all things. Do not grow weary in waiting, for those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength (Isaiah 40:31). Surround yourself with godly community, stay in the Word, and let your faith be anchored in Christ. If there are any areas in her life or her mother’s life that do not align with God’s Word—such as unforgiveness, bitterness, or sin—we urge her to repent and turn away from those things, for the Lord is faithful to forgive (1 John 1:9). Keep pressing into Jesus, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6).

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
