We lift up ### and her mother before the throne of grace, asking our Heavenly Father to move mightily on their behalf. First and foremost, we rejoice that this prayer is offered in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven by which we may be saved (Acts 4:12). It is through His sacrifice on the cross and resurrection that we have access to the Father, and we come boldly before Him, knowing that He hears the cries of His children.
Father, we ask for Your divine provision in ###’s life as she seeks employment. You have promised in Your Word that You will supply all our needs according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). Lord, open the right doors for her—doors that no man can shut—and grant her favor with those who are in a position to hire her. Give her peace and patience as she waits, reminding her that Your timing is perfect. We declare that she will not grow weary in doing good, for in due season, she will reap if she does not faint (Galatians 6:9).
We also intercede for ###’s mother, asking for Your healing touch to rest upon her. You are the Great Physician, and we trust in Your power to restore health and strength. Your Word declares that by Your stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we stand on that promise today. Lord, if there is any fear, anxiety, or doubt in her heart, replace it with faith and trust in You. Surround her with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), and let her feel Your presence in a tangible way.
We also take a moment to rebuke any spirit of delay or discouragement that may be trying to take root in ###’s life. The enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We declare that no weapon formed against ### or her mother will prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we command every obstacle to be removed in Jesus’ name.
Lord, we ask that You would draw both ### and her mother closer to You during this season. May they seek Your face above all else, knowing that when they seek You first, all these things will be added unto them (Matthew 6:33). Strengthen their faith, deepen their trust, and fill them with hope as they wait on You.
We pray this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, Amen.
