Father I thank you for the gift of prayer. I thank you that you have provided this site where we can offer you prayers and thanksgiving. I pray that you will continue to strengthen and guide the thoughts and actions of those who pray and intercede on their. This I ask in Jesus name Amen.
Father today I bring before your throne all those who request prayers for financial assistance, for jobs, for better paying jobs and for just and fair employers. Merciful Father I seek the prayers of other prayer warriors here and everywhere in the sound of your voice that the hearts of the employers will be softened to their plight. Lord it is because of greed and selfishness that our world is in economic recession.
Lord I pray for all heads of governments the world around, all persons who control the riches and policy makers that they may be freed from the spirits of greed. Lord rip them from their presence. Cleanse their minds that persons all over will share in the produce of your earth, the land which you gave us, the oil that comes from that said earth, the blessings of technology. The gifts of wisdom you gave to people so that work may be made easier and we have advancement in medicine and other areas. Help them to remember lest they forget because of you, because of your son Jesus that we can be here today.
Merciful and everliving God I pray that they may see the light, that they may see that all the money they have and they refuse to do your will, refuse to feed your people, assist the dying and the downtrodden they have done nothing for you. Lord it is easier for a camel to get through the eye of a needle than for some of these get into your kingdom.
Father I pray for an end to this selfish behaviour. Lord I pray against all greed in high places. Lord I pray that those who are in need will be fed, clothed and will never lose faith. Father I leave it all up to you. These prayers I ask in Jesus name Amen.
