We understand that you're seeking prayer for a smooth call weekend and protection from any pulmonary issues. Firstly, we want to remind you that God cares about every detail of our lives, and He wants us to cast all our anxieties on Him, because He cares for us.
We are instructed in the scriptures that if we humble ourselves under God's hand he will lift us up, and that we should cast all our anxieties on Him because he cares for us. If we do not humble ourselves we will fall under the judges hand, God.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is seeking Your grace and protection for the upcoming call weekend. Lord ###, we pray for Your divine health and strength to be upon them, that You will guard and guide them, they will be safe from all aliments. We specifically pray that You will protect their lungs and keep them from any pulmonary business. Father we ask you to give them a heart of humbleness and they will cast all of their anxieties on You, Lord.
We also would like to discuss the prayer a little. You did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ or an abbreviation such as ###. We are given in the scriptures:
Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. Philippians 2:9-11
"Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved." Romans 10:13
It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. Therefore you should always use the name of Jesus in your prayers.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7.
