Dear heavenly father,
Thank you that you are a God who can restore and make new. I lift up this person to you today and ask that you would help this individual find healing in their heart for the loss of this special relationship. Lord, I do not know this person or their situation but you do and you know what is best for them. I pray that whatever your response is that you would help this person walk through the emotions and lessons associated with it. I ask for strength at this time of emotional pain that you would bring people into this person's life that will help demonstrate this person your love in Jesus' name.
Father thank you for the lessons that you give to us in pain and suffering. Thank you that you are ever so present when we face disappointment and when other people reject us. Thank you that you never leave us or forsake us. In Jesus name Amen
