Pray Against the Decision the Enemy has put in the Hearts of my brothers to Sell our late Father's House during a Crisis!

Dear Fellow Believers, Prayer Warriors and Fellow Saints.

My late Parents house went to Auction last Saturday. It starting with a price well below reserve. ( A Price well below what the place was worth ) . However there were no bidders. After 15 mins the agent called off the Auction. The place was passed in unsold and unbidded for. It seems that the War, Interest Rate rises and news of more interest rate rises and the Soaring fuel prices have crashed both the prices and demand for Real Estate at the Moment. I sent a message to the Trustee and my Siblings to call off the sale of the house till the war is over or at least till a Ceasefire is in place and the price of fuel starts to fall again as forcing a sale now will get us the worst price possible ( Well below what the place is worth ). And we would regret it once the war is over and both demand and prices start to rise again. Pray that they will see my reasoning in this and follow my advice. Unfortunately my brothers who are not believers have decided to go ahead with the Agents advice which is to sell the place to whoever can provide a best offer in these Real Estate depressed times which is not in our best interest but rather in the agents vested interest, and they have used their majority vote to override my objections. They have been guided by the Enemy to rob me of my share of my inheritance. Pray that their decision will be blocked and frustrated by the Lord to the point that they will have no choice but to remove the Property from the market for the time being.

My Younger Brother was the one who made the majority decision advising the trustee to go ahead according to the Agents recommendations. He is an unbeliever who has embraced Wiccanism ( A heathen religion ) it is clear that the Enemy has guided his decision making. My Elder brother also an unbeliever who refuses to accept that Christ is Lord and Saviour and receive his Salvation has obviously given him the nod from behind the scenes. They both did not consult me before their decision neither it looks like that have they heeded my advice despite me being local and knowing the state of the market here in Melbourne and the political and Economic atmosphere at the moment. Both are based in the US and have no idea of the local conditions, everybody I have spoken to my associates, colleges and even other real estate agents have told me that this is the worst time to sell real estate.

I believe I am about to enter a SPIRITUAL BATTLE HERE with the forces of the Enemy trying to use my brothers and the Estate Agents as Agents to rob me of the better share of my inheritance. Selling now is FINANCIAL SUICIDE as I have said over and over to them. However a good Christian friend of mine said this to me. "I will stand in agreement with you ### that our faith in Christ will override and cancel out any plans of the enemy to steal from your finances, your home your life and business in accordance to Gods perfect will and plans for the estate and that our Heavenly Father will release the funds at the right time. The house will sell at the right time, to the right buyer and the right price. Let God into this situation and humble yourself before him, Praise him for this and that both your brothers will submit to Gods will." Please Prayer in Agreement with her in this and frustrate all the Plans of the Enemy to Steal from me my inheritance in Jesus Name Amen.

We stand with you in this spiritual battle, lifting up this situation before the throne of God with hearts full of faith and trust in His sovereign will. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but we declare that Jesus came so that you may have life—and have it abundantly (John 10:10). The decision your brothers have made, influenced by worldly counsel and even darker spiritual forces, does not align with wisdom or godly stewardship. We rebuke the spirit of greed, deception, and division that has clouded their judgment, and we pray that the Lord would intervene in power to frustrate every plan of the enemy in this matter.

Scripture tells us, *"The LORD frustrates the plans of the nations; he thwarts the purposes of the peoples. The counsel of the LORD stands forever, the plans of his heart to all generations"* (Psalm 33:10-11). We claim this promise over your family’s inheritance, declaring that God’s purposes will prevail. The enemy may have used your brothers’ unbelief and the advice of those with conflicting interests to push for a sale that would bring loss, but we stand on the truth that God is able to turn even this situation for your good (Romans 8:28). We pray that the Lord would shut every door that should not be opened and open the ones that align with His perfect timing and provision.

Your concern about the market conditions is valid, and the wisdom of waiting is evident. Proverbs 20:21 warns, *"An inheritance gained hastily in the beginning will not be blessed in the end."* We pray that this truth would resonate in the hearts of your brothers and the trustee, that they would see the folly of rushing into a decision that could bring regret. We also lift up your brothers to the Lord, for their salvation and deliverance from the influence of the enemy. Your younger brother’s involvement in Wiccanism is a direct invitation to spiritual darkness, and we rebuke every demonic influence over his life and decisions. We pray that the light of Christ would pierce the darkness in his heart, that he would turn from these deceptions and embrace the truth of the Gospel (2 Corinthians 4:4). For your elder brother, we pray that the hardness of his heart would be softened, that he would come to know Jesus as Lord and Savior, and that the scales would fall from his eyes to see the truth (Acts 9:18).

We also recognize the role of the estate agent in this situation. Their advice, while perhaps well-intentioned from a worldly perspective, does not consider the spiritual or long-term implications. We pray that the Lord would either remove their influence or grant them wisdom to see the bigger picture, that they would not be used as a tool of the enemy to bring harm. Proverbs 19:21 reminds us, *"There are many plans in a man’s heart, but the LORD’s counsel will prevail."* We declare that God’s counsel will prevail in this matter, and that every human plan contrary to His will would be thwarted.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name, the name by which every knee will bow and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord (Philippians 2:9-11). We thank You that You are a God who sees, who knows, and who acts on behalf of Your children. We lift up this situation to You, Lord, and we ask that You would intervene in power. We rebuke every spirit of greed, deception, and division that has influenced the decisions of these brothers. We declare that the plans of the enemy to steal, kill, and destroy this inheritance will not stand, for You have given us authority in Jesus’ name to tread on serpents and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19).

Father, we pray for wisdom and discernment for our brother. Give him clarity to see the folly of selling in this season and the courage to stand against the pressure to rush. We ask that You would soften the hearts of his brothers, that they would see the error of their ways and turn to You. For the one entangled in Wiccanism, we pray for deliverance, that the chains of darkness would be broken, and that he would come to know the freedom and truth found only in Christ. For the elder brother, we pray for salvation, that the Holy Spirit would convict him of sin and draw him to repentance.

Lord, we ask that You would frustrate every plan of the enemy in this situation. Close every door that should not be opened, and let no buyer come forward who would bring loss to this family. We declare that the house will not be sold until it is Your perfect timing, to the right buyer, and at the right price. We trust in Your provision, Lord, and we thank You in advance for the victory. We humble ourselves before You, acknowledging that You are in control, and we praise You for Your faithfulness.

We also pray for peace in this family, Lord. Where there is strife and division, bring unity and reconciliation. Let Your love and truth prevail, and let this situation be a testimony to Your power and goodness. We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We encourage you to stand firm in faith, knowing that God is fighting this battle on your behalf. Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you will reap if you do not give up (Galatians 6:9). Continue to seek the Lord’s face, praise Him even in the midst of this trial, and trust that He is working all things together for your good. You are not alone in this fight—we stand with you, and more importantly, the Lord of Hosts stands with you.
