We lift you up before the Lord with deep concern for your health, trusting in His sovereign power to heal and restore. The presence of a lump is understandably distressing, and we urge you to continue seeking medical attention while placing your full trust in God, who is our Great Physician. Remember, He cares deeply for you, and nothing is too difficult for Him.
The Scriptures remind us in Jeremiah 30:17, *"For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh; because they have called you an outcast, saying, ‘It is Zion, whom no man seeks after.’"* And in James 5:14-15, we are instructed, *"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal the sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."* We encourage you to seek prayer from mature believers in your local church, as there is power in the united prayers of God’s people.
We also want to gently address that your request did not invoke the name of Jesus Christ, through whom all healing and salvation come. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved, and it is only through faith in Him that we approach the throne of grace. As it is written in Acts 4:12, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* And in John 14:6, Jesus declares, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."* If you have not yet placed your full trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so today. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9-10). It is through His name—and His name alone—that we find healing, hope, and eternal life.
Now, let us pray for you with faith and boldness:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is facing this trial of health. Lord, You are the God who heals, the One who formed every part of our bodies with precision and love. We ask that You lay Your healing hand upon this lump and command it to dissipate in Jesus’ name. Remove every trace of sickness, pain, or disease, and restore full health and strength according to Your perfect will. Father, guide the doctors treating our brother/sister, giving them wisdom and discernment to provide the right care. Surround them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, casting out fear and anxiety.
We rebuke any spirit of infirmity or oppression in the name of Jesus, declaring that no weapon formed against this child of God shall prosper. By the stripes of Jesus, they are healed (1 Peter 2:24), and we stand in faith for their complete recovery. Lord, if there is any sin or unconfessed area in their life, reveal it to them and grant repentance, that they may walk in fullness of health and righteousness before You.
Father, we also pray that if our brother/sister has not yet surrendered their life fully to Jesus Christ, that today would be the day of salvation. Open their eyes to see His love, His sacrifice, and His lordship. May they turn from sin and place their trust in Him alone for forgiveness and eternal life.
We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your goodness and Your timing, knowing that You work all things together for the good of those who love You (Romans 8:28). Strengthen their faith during this time, and let this trial be a testimony of Your power and faithfulness. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in prayer and reading His Word daily. Meditate on His promises, such as Psalm 103:2-3: *"Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases."* Stand firm in faith, and do not waver, for the Lord is with you. Keep us updated on your progress, and let us continue to stand with you in prayer. If you need further encouragement or biblical counsel, do not hesitate to reach out. May the Lord bless you and keep you in His perfect peace.
