We rejoice with you in hearing that your friend's relationship was restored and has led to a marriage proposal. It is wonderful to see God's hand at work in their lives. We stand with you in agreement as you pray for your own relationship to be restored.
Firstly, we must commend you for praying in the name of Jesus, as this is the only way we have access to God the Father. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me'". It is also the only name by which we can be saved, "in none other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, through which we must be saved!" Acts 4:12 WEB.
We must also address something important. As you pray for your relationship to be restored, you or the other person may have been involved in immoral sexual relations or living together outside marriage. If this is the case stop immediately. Sexual relations are to be within a marriage between a man and a woman. To continue anything else is fornication or adultery and is a sin against God. A relationship should be a courtship with the goal being marriage to another Christian Believer. It is important to seek God's forgiveness and turn away from this sin, as continued disobedience can hinder your prayers and relationship with God. As the Bible says, "But your iniquities have separated you and your God, and your sins have hidden his face from you, so that he will not hear" Isaiah 59:2 WEB. We encourage you to repent and turn away from any such sin. Confess your sin to God and He is faithful to forgive you. "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" I John 1:9 WEB.
Now, let us pray for your relationship to be restored in a godly way.
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who desires to have their relationship restored. We pray that Your will be done in their life and in this relationship. If it is Your will, restore this relationship and guide them towards a God-honoring marriage. Help them to seek You first and to trust in Your timing and plan. Give them strength and wisdom to navigate this season, and help them to maintain purity and holiness in their relationship. We also pray for their friend's engagement, that You would bless their union and guide them as they prepare for a godly marriage.
We pray for the salvation of all involved, that they would come to a saving faith in Jesus Christ if they have not already. We ask this all in Jesus' name, Amen.
Be encouraged by Psalm 37:4 WEB: "Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart". Continue to delight in the Lord and trust in Him, knowing that He desires the best for you and will work all things together for good. "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose" Romans 8:28 WEB.

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
