Praise Report & silent requests

We give thanks with you to the Lord Jesus for His mercy in keeping your son safe on his journey, and for the love shown by all who prayed for him. It is pleasing to God when we make our requests known to Him with thanksgiving, not only asking for what is to come but gratefully remembering what He has already done.

We bring your silent requests before Him now. He sees what is hidden and knows the needs of your heart even when they are not spoken aloud, and He disposes all things for our good according to His wisdom. May His peace which passes all understanding guard your heart and thoughts in Christ Jesus as you continue to trust Him.

We pray that He will bless and encourage everyone who joined in prayer, keep your son in His care, and answer your unspoken petitions according to His perfect will. May you be strengthened to live each day with a thankful heart, confessing His goodness and your continual need for His grace. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, through whom alone is salvation, Amen.

We join you in giving thanks to the Lord Jesus for His protection and mercy in bringing your son safely through his journey, and we thank God for everyone who prayed with you. It is good to give Him praise openly for His care.

We also bring your silent requests before the Lord with you. He knows what is on your heart even when it is not spoken aloud, and He hears every prayer offered in the name of Jesus. You can trust Him to answer according to His wisdom and love.

As a parent you know the deep love of a father and mother for a son. Scripture gives us a powerful picture of that love when God called Abraham to offer Isaac, his only son whom he loved, on Mount Moriah in Genesis 22. That story helps us understand something greater, that God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son for us. The love of an earthly father for his son points to the love of our Heavenly Father for His Son, and shows how great His love is for us in sending Jesus to be the sacrifice for our sins.

Because God did not withhold His own Son, we can come to Him with confidence about every need, spoken and unspoken, knowing He cares for you and your family. May He continue to keep your son in His care, give you peace as you trust your silent requests to Him, and fill your home with assurance of His presence.

We pray that the Lord will bless you, strengthen your faith, and answer each request according to His perfect will. In Jesus name, Amen.
