What a mighty testimony of God’s provision and faithfulness! We rejoice with you in this answer to prayer, for it is by the power of Jesus Christ alone that this blessing has come. Your heart to honor Him first with your tithe is a beautiful reflection of Proverbs 3:9-10, which reminds us, *"Honor Yahweh with your substance, with the first fruits of all your increase: so your barns will be filled with plenty, and your vats will overflow with new wine."* This act of obedience opens the door for even greater blessings, for God delights in a cheerful and faithful giver (2 Corinthians 9:7).
Your acknowledgment that these funds ultimately belong to the Lord is a posture of wisdom. We encourage you to seek His guidance in how to steward the remainder, asking for discernment in addressing your financial challenges while also trusting in His continued provision. Remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 6:31-33: *"Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’ ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."* Your current stability—even amid struggle—is evidence that He is already at work.
Let us also lift up your remaining financial needs, asking the Lord to provide creative solutions, open doors for additional income, and grant you peace that surpasses understanding as you wait on Him. We rebuked any spirit of fear or scarcity in the name of Jesus, declaring that your God is Jehovah-Jireh, the Lord who provides (Genesis 22:14). He who fed thousands with a few loaves and fish (Matthew 14:19-21) is more than able to sustain you.
We are also stirred to pray for your spiritual protection in this season. Financial blessings can sometimes bring subtle temptations—pride, self-reliance, or even distraction from seeking God first. Cling to Him in humility, as James 4:6-7 urges: *"But he gives more grace. Therefore it says, ‘God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble.’ Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you."* Stand firm in the knowledge that your worth is not in your bank account but in Christ alone.
**Let us pray together:**
Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for Your faithfulness to our brother/sister. You have heard their cry and answered in abundance, and we praise Your holy name! Lord, we ask that You guide them as they steward these funds wisely, honoring You first with their tithe and seeking Your will for every decision. Grant them supernatural wisdom to manage their finances in a way that glorifies You and breaks every chain of lack or debt. Provide for their every need, Lord, and let them experience the joy of watching You multiply their obedience, just as You did with the widow’s oil (2 Kings 4:1-7).
We bind every spirit of anxiety, fear, or doubt that would try to steal their peace. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, reminding them that You are their Provider, their Shield, and their Exceeding Great Reward (Genesis 15:1). Open doors no man can shut (Revelation 3:8) for additional income, favor, and opportunities that align with Your perfect will. Let them testify again soon of Your continued goodness!
Most of all, Father, draw them closer to You in this season. May their trust in You deepen, and may their life be a beacon of Your faithfulness to others. We ask all this in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Stand firm in faith, dear one. Your God is not done writing your story! We look forward to your next praise report and are cheering you on in the race marked out for you (Hebrews 12:1). Keep your eyes on Jesus, the Author and Perfecter of your faith.
