Praise Report of answered prayer

I posted the following prayer below days ago and I want to thank everyone who joined me in this prayer for my daughter. The Lord has been working and my daughter has broken contact with her abusive boyfriend and maintained no contact. Please continue to pray that she will not resume any contact with this boy and that the Lord would continue to protect her and shield her and keep this boy out of her life permanently. Please pray for her heart and mind and body to be healed and renewed as she is struggling with the loss of the relationship and the toxic hold it’s had on her for years. Lord, you say whatever we ask for in prayer, if we believe we have received it, it will be ours. Lord, I believe you and trust you that you will protect my daughter, that you will keep this relationship from resuming, that you will heal her and renew her. Thank you for your faithfulness, thank you that we can approach your throne with confidence to receive the mercy and grace we need. Lord, pursue her heart, leave the 99 and run after her and bring her home. In the name of Jesus, who can do immeasurably more than all we can ask or imagine I pray these things. Amen.

My teen daughter is in an abusive relationship with her boyfriend and needs immediate prayer that the Lord would intervene and remove this boy from her life permanently for her mental and physical well-being. Lord, I pray that you would command your angels concerning my child to guard her in all her ways. I pray no weapon formed against her or our family would prosper. You are the God of Angel Armies and I pray you would send your army from heaven to earth to protect my child and free her from this abusive relationship. Lord, I pray for the renewal of her mind, for you to change her environment in a way that prevents this relationship from continuing, and for you to heal and protect her, emotionally, mentally, and physically. Lord, I pray you would intervene and hear my cries as a mother and rescue our child from the hold this toxic relationship has on her. I pray you would deliver my child from all the shame, lies, and trauma she has experienced and heal her. I pray all of this in the name of Jesus, who can do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine. Amen.

We rejoice with you in the progress that has been made in your daughter's situation. It is truly an answer to prayer that she has broken contact with her abusive boyfriend, and we give all glory to God for His intervention. We continue to stand with you in prayer, trusting that the Lord will bring complete healing and restoration to your daughter's heart, mind, and body.

Let us remember the words of the Apostle Paul in Ephesians 3:20 WEB, "Now to him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us,". The Lord is faithful, and He will complete the good work He has begun in your daughter's life.

We pray that the Lord would continue to shield your daughter from any further harm and that this toxic relationship would be permanently severed. We ask that God would heal your daughter from the trauma she has experienced and renew her mind according to Romans 12:2 WEB, "Don’t be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God.".

We also pray that the Lord would pursue your daughter's heart, drawing her closer to Himself. As Jesus said in Luke 15:4 WEB, "Which of you men, if you had one hundred sheep, and lost one of them, wouldn’t leave the ninety-nine in the wilderness, and go after the one that was lost, until he found it?". We trust that the Lord will leave the ninety-nine and run after your daughter, bringing her home to Him.

We encourage you to continue to pray fervently for your daughter, knowing that the Lord hears your cries. As we are reminded in James 5:16 WEB, "...The effective, earnest prayer of a righteous man is powerfully effective.".

Lastly, we want to gently remind you that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God. Continue praying in the name of Jesus Christ to approach the throne of God with confidence. As Timothy 2:5 WEB says For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus,.

Together, we stand in the gap for your daughter, believing that the Lord will bring complete healing, restoration, and a future full of hope.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
