PRAISE REPORT: In autumn of 2016 I posted a prayer request the day after an accident where my dominant hand (the right) had the thumb completely severed. By God's graces I didn't go into shock, my daughter and wife were able to get me to the emergency room (with my severed thumb). I was sent from our small hospital by medivac to a larger specialty hospital where skilled surgeons created a pedicule flap for my thumb. This flap on my thigh sewn to my reattached thumb bones, sinews and tendons was to become my new thumb. After many months and several follow up procedures my thumb is restored and functioning with about 90% of original function. Praise the Lord for skilled physicians and medical knowledge.
