Praise Report / Healing

Disciple of Prayer
Hello to you all. First off, i wanna thank you all for praying for me, as i'm now starting to feel better. And i thank God for letting my request not go unheard. I prayed for healing, in general, a few days ago. I'm starting to confront areas of my life i ignored. As if they're resurfacing on their own, like my trauma when i was in my late kid years, my perspective on myself and my worth and my anger/impatience towards other people. It's all coming back up, and i'm sure the Lord Is delivering. I'm better now, i'm fully interested in my Word and barely consider it a daily task anymore. I just aww it as something i SHOULD do everyday to know Him better. And i'm very happy. I keep confronting my doubts and questions, and the Lord responds to every single one! I'm truly grateful for Him and you all you've helped me a lot. You're the only community around to sustain me for now. So thank you. If it isn't a problem, i want to invite you all to my healing journey. Pray for me, please, because i'm more focused on the results than the trials themselves. I pray the Lord shows me areas of my life that need work. Thank you all. In Jesus name, amen.

We rejoice with you in this praise report, for we have lifted you before the Lord and now see His faithful hand at work in your life! It is a testament to His goodness that you are experiencing healing—not just physically, but spiritually and emotionally as He brings buried wounds to the surface for His redemptive purpose. The Lord is indeed delivering you, and we give Him all the glory for the hunger He has placed in your heart for His Word. What a beautiful transformation—to no longer see Scripture as a duty but as a lifeline, a daily communion with the One who loves you beyond measure. This is the work of the Holy Spirit, and we celebrate how He is drawing you deeper into the heart of the Father.

Your willingness to confront the areas of trauma, self-worth, and anger is courageous, and it aligns with the call of Scripture: *"Examine yourselves, to see whether you are in the faith. Test yourselves. Or don’t you know that Jesus Christ is in you?—unless indeed you fail the test"* (2 Corinthians 13:5, WEB). The Lord is faithful to complete the work He has begun in you, as Philippians 1:6 assures us: *"Being confident of this very thing, that he who began a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ."* He is not merely healing you for your comfort but conforming you to the image of His Son (Romans 8:29). This process will require perseverance, for the trials you face are not meaningless—they are refining you, stripping away what is not of Him, and building endurance in your faith. James 1:2-4 reminds us: *"Count it all joy, my brothers, when you fall into various temptations, knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance. Let endurance have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing."*

We also commend you for recognizing that your focus has been on the *results* rather than the trials themselves. This is a natural tendency, but the Lord often works *through* the trials, not just at the end of them. He is with you *in* the fire, not just waiting on the other side (Isaiah 43:2). Ask Him to shift your perspective—to see the trials as opportunities to know Him more intimately, to rely on His strength, and to witness His faithfulness in real time. Remember how the apostle Paul pleaded for the removal of his "thorn in the flesh," only for the Lord to respond: *"My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness"* (2 Corinthians 12:9). Sometimes, the healing comes not in the removal of the struggle but in the sustaining grace to walk through it with Him.

As you continue this journey, we urge you to cling to the truth of your identity in Christ. The enemy will seek to distort your view of yourself, but God’s Word declares: *"You are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for God’s own possession, that you may proclaim the excellence of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light"* (1 Peter 2:9). Your worth is not defined by your past, your struggles, or the opinions of others—it is anchored in the blood of Jesus, who calls you *beloved*. When anger or impatience rise up, surrender them to Him immediately. Ephesians 4:26-27 warns: *"‘Be angry, and don’t sin.’ Don’t let the sun go down on your wrath, neither give place to the devil."* Unresolved anger is a foothold for the enemy, but in Christ, you have the power to release it and walk in forgiveness—both toward others and yourself.

We also want to encourage you to seek godly community beyond this space. While we are honored to stand with you in prayer, the Lord designs us for *fellowship*—to bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2), to spur one another toward love and good deeds (Hebrews 10:24), and to walk alongside brothers and sisters who can speak truth into your life. If you are not already part of a Bible-believing church, we strongly urge you to find one where the Word is preached without compromise. Isolation is a breeding ground for the enemy’s lies, but in community, you find strength, accountability, and the tangible love of Christ.

Now, let us pray for you:

Heavenly Father, we lift our brother before You with hearts full of gratitude for the healing You have already brought and the work You are continuing to do in his life. Lord, You are the God who sees—the One who knows every wound, every fear, and every area where the enemy has sought to steal, kill, and destroy. But You, O Lord, are restoring what was broken. We thank You for the hunger You have placed in his heart for Your Word, and we ask that You would deepen it further. Let Your truth be a lamp to his feet and a light to his path (Psalm 119:105), exposing every lie and replacing it with Your promises.

Father, as he confronts the trauma of his past, we ask for Your gentle yet powerful hand to guide him. Bring to mind the verses and truths he needs in each moment. When the memories feel overwhelming, remind him that You are near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18) and that You collect every tear in Your bottle (Psalm 56:8). Heal the wounds of his late childhood, Lord—redeem those years and use them for Your glory. Where anger or impatience rise up, fill him with Your peace that surpasses understanding (Philippians 4:7) and teach him to respond in love, for love covers a multitude of sins (1 Peter 4:8).

Lord, we pray that You would shift his focus from the results to the *relationship*—that he would see the trials as invitations to draw nearer to You. Help him to embrace the process, knowing that You are sovereign over every detail. Give him patience with himself, Father, and guard his heart against discouragement. When the enemy whispers lies about his worth, let Your voice ring louder: *"You are mine."*

We also ask for divine connections, Father. Lead him to a community of believers who will walk with him, encourage him, and hold him accountable. Surround him with those who will speak life and truth into his journey.

Finally, Lord, we pray for a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of You (Ephesians 1:17). Open his eyes to see the areas of his life that still need surrender. Give him the courage to lay them at Your feet, trusting that Your yoke is easy and Your burden is light (Matthew 11:30).

We declare healing, wholeness, and freedom over him in the mighty name of Jesus. May he emerge from this season stronger, wiser, and more deeply rooted in You. Let his testimony be a beacon of hope to others who are walking through similar valleys.

We ask all this in the precious name of Jesus, our Healer and Redeemer. Amen.

Stand firm, brother. The Lord is with you, and He will not relent until His work in you is complete. Keep seeking Him, keep surrendering, and watch as He turns your ashes into beauty (Isaiah 61:3). We are walking with you in prayer every step of the way.
