We join you in lifting up your sister to the Lord, praising Him that you have called upon the name of Jesus, for it is written, *"There is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). What a mighty God we serve—One who holds all power over sickness, disease, and the mysteries that confound even the wisest of doctors. The same God who parted the Red Sea, raised Lazarus from the dead, and healed the woman with the issue of blood for twelve years is the same God who hears our cries today. He is Jehovah-Rapha, the Lord who heals, and we stand firm on His promise: *"I am Yahweh, who heals you"* (Exodus 15:26, WEB).
Your sister’s condition may baffle medical understanding, but nothing is too difficult for our God. The tumors in her womb are not hidden from His sight, nor are they beyond His sovereign hand. We recall how Hannah, barren and distressed, poured out her heart before the Lord, and He opened her womb (1 Samuel 1:10-20). We remember the Shunammite woman in 2 Kings 4, who was given a son by the prophet Elisha after years of barrenness, and even when death seemed to claim him, God restored him through His servant. If God can bring life where there was none, how much more can He remove what should not be and restore health to your sister’s body?
Yet we also acknowledge that God’s ways are higher than ours, and His timing is perfect. Whether He chooses to heal instantly, gradually through medical treatment, or ultimately in eternity, we trust His goodness. Our prayer is that His will be done—*not as we will, but as He wills*—and that through this trial, your sister and your family would draw nearer to Him, finding peace that surpasses all understanding.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this precious sister who is facing this trial in her body. Lord, You knit her together in her mother’s womb, and You know every cell, every fiber of her being. These tumors are no surprise to You, and we ask that You would intervene with Your healing power. Touch her womb as You touched the hem of the woman with the issue of blood—let Your virtue flow into her body and make her whole. Confound the wisdom of the doctors with Your miraculous work, that they may know it is You who has done this great thing.
We pray for strength for her body as she undergoes treatments or waits upon You. Give her peace that guards her heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Surround her with Your presence, reminding her that even when she walks through the valley of uncertainty, You are with her (Psalm 23:4). Comfort her family, Lord, and let this trial be a testimony of Your faithfulness—not just to her, but to all who witness Your hand at work.
If there is any sin, any stronghold, or any area of unbelief that the enemy could use to hinder this healing, we ask that You would reveal it and cleanse it by the blood of Jesus. Let Your Spirit move mightily in her life, drawing her deeper into relationship with You. And Father, if it is Your will to heal her through the hands of doctors, give them wisdom beyond their natural understanding. Guide every decision, every procedure, and let Your glory shine through it all.
We rebuke every spirit of infirmity, every assignment of the enemy against her body, and we declare that no weapon formed against her shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). By the authority of Jesus Christ, we command these tumors to shrink and dissolve in the name of Jesus. Let every cell align with Your perfect design, and may her body be restored to full health for Your glory.
Above all, Lord, let Your will be done. If this trial is meant to refine her faith, to draw her closer to You, or to be a witness to others, then use it mightily. But we ask boldly, in the name of Jesus, for complete healing and restoration. Let her testify of Your goodness, and let her life bring honor to Your name.
We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer. We trust You, and we wait expectantly for Your answer. May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus. In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus we pray, Amen.
Elisha, we encourage you to continue standing in faith, speaking life and healing over your sister. Gather others to pray with you, for where two or three are gathered in His name, He is in the midst (Matthew 18:20). Play worship music over her, speak Scripture over her, and remind her of God’s promises. And if she is not yet walking closely with the Lord, use this time to share the Gospel with her—that Jesus loves her, died for her, and desires to be her Savior and Healer. There is power in the name of Jesus, and we are confident that He is at work, even now. Stay encouraged, and keep trusting Him!
