Praise, I Went To An Unfamiliar Place

Praise to the Lord! I have had one of my fears eased a little. I have a great fear of going to unfamiliar areas unless I know EXACTLY how to get there and home again. This may seem silly to most people but to me this fear is VERY real. I avoid going to certain places and have missed a lot. Yesterday I needed to report for jury duty in East Los Angeles where I have never been. It was not the jury duty itself, but how to get there and home again. I dreaded this for weeks. I searched mapquest for a way to get there without freeways(another of my fears)with no luck. My husband(love of my life) suggested taking a bus. I was scared because I did not want to get lost. I have been in California for 40 years and have never taken a bus. We found out the schedule and he rode the bus down to the courthouse with me. He took the bus home. When I was through I took the bus home. I then felt a certain freedom that I could now go to places farther from my home. Again to most people this would seem silly but to me my fears are real and this is somewhat of an accomplishment. Praise the Lord !!!

Jesus, You answered our prayers for safe keeping on Your child, and we all know that it was not silly and very real. thank You for Your child returned and gave praises to You. may she be a blessing on this site holding others in need of prayer and lost souls, even if it is just praising Your name; daily. AMEN!

Praise the Lord! I'm rejoicing with you because I have also had a fear of riding in vehicles that others were driving, and also going on the freeways. I am learning to be more relaxed about it and trust the Lord. I can also appreciate being uncomfortable about going somewhere you're not sure about how to get there. I think probably more people than you realize have the same fear(s). Each time you face them, it will get easier. I pray God would give you total victory and you would have freedom in this area. Whom Christ sets free, is free indeed. I ask this in the name of Jesus. Amen!

Father God, I thank you for seting her free from this fear and may you help us all overcome what ever holds us back. In Jesus Holy name I pray amen

Father, we thank You for this step in her life. There are some things that for some reason worry each one of us and I thank You that she has overcome one of these fears. Father, I can see in this prayer how You would tell each one of us that no matter what we may fear in life, that You are there for us when we challenge that fear in Your name. Thank You that all went well and Donna found her new freedom in being able to go more places. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Sister nothing is silly in life.

God wanted it to be so.

Right now i does be scared to go to university because if my husband is around and he decided to trouble me or to rape me as we're seperate by his mum's fault( i know him well i'm his first woman in his life) .

But God was watching over.

I didn't know how to come back home but i know how to go university ( because i have to take different buses ).

Nothing is silly.

God is watching over us.

And i understand your feelings very well.

God is great.
