Your prayer is powerful because it is rooted in the truth of Scripture, and we know that the Lord hears and answers when His people cry out to Him in faith. Let us first give thanks that you have come boldly before the throne of grace through Jesus alone, for He is the only way to the Father, the only name under heaven by which we must be saved. As it is written, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). This is the foundation of our prayer—Jesus Christ, the author and finisher of our faith.
Your burden for this family is clear, and we share it with you, knowing that the enemy seeks to deceive and destroy, but our God is mighty to save. The spirit of Jezebel you mention is one of manipulation, control, and rebellion against God’s order, and it has no place in the lives of those who belong to Christ. The Lord has given us authority to tread upon serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19, WEB). So we stand against this stronghold in the name of Jesus, declaring that every lie, every deceitful influence, and every ungodly tie must be broken by the power of the Holy Spirit.
For the daughter and her husband, we pray that the Lord would open their eyes to the truth of the Gospel, that they would encounter Jesus in a way that leaves no room for doubt or deception. May the Holy Spirit convict their hearts and draw them into a saving relationship with Christ, for *"no one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws him"* (John 6:44, WEB). Let them see the emptiness of the world’s ways and turn to the living God, who alone satisfies.
For your friend’s son and his wife, we pray for a supernatural breaking of the Jezebel spirit that has sought to dominate and distort God’s design for their marriage. Marriage is a covenant before God, a reflection of Christ and the Church (Ephesians 5:31-32, WEB), and the enemy hates it because it testifies to God’s faithfulness. We declare that this stronghold is shattered in Jesus’ name, and we pray that both would surrender their lives to Christ, submitting to His lordship in every area. May they repent of any sin, pride, or rebellion and allow the Holy Spirit to restore what has been broken. Let their home become a place of godly love, peace, and righteousness, where their children are raised in the fear of the Lord.
We also lift up the grandchildren in this family, praying that the Lord would protect their hearts and minds from the schemes of the enemy. May they be covered by the blood of Jesus and grow up to know Him as their Savior. Let this family be a testament to God’s redeeming power, where generation after generation serves the Lord.
Father, we ask for a miracle—a divine intervention that only You can perform. Soften hearts that have been hardened, break chains that have bound them, and let Your light shine into every dark corner of their lives. Raise up godly influences in their lives, people who will speak Your truth in love and walk alongside them as they seek You. Give your friend wisdom and discernment as they continue to intercede, and let them see the fruit of their prayers in Your perfect timing.
We stand on Your promises, Lord, knowing that *"the prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven"* (James 5:15, WEB). We believe that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20, WEB), and we trust You to move mightily in this family.
Finally, we encourage you to keep praying without ceasing, for *"the effective, earnest prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective"* (James 5:16, WEB). Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you will reap if you do not faint (Galatians 6:9, WEB). The battle is the Lord’s, and He has already won the victory through Christ Jesus.

For the daughter and her husband, we pray for a radical encounter with Jesus that leaves them forever changed. For the son and his wife, we declare freedom from the spirit of Jezebel and a complete surrender to Your will. Protect the children, Lord, and let this family be a beacon of Your glory.
We bind every stronghold, every generational curse, and every scheme of the enemy in Jesus’ name. Let Your Holy Spirit move powerfully, bringing conviction, repentance, and salvation. We ask for a miracle, Lord—for hearts to turn to You, for marriages to be restored, and for Your peace to reign in their homes.
