Good Morning Family,

One of the dangers we have is that we do not understand how gifted we are. When we are not aware of our giftedness we will have the propensity to compare. Someone will always and I mean always have something larger, bigger, and what appears better than what we have. In assessing this we may want to compete for something and be something or someone we are not capable of. This is dangerous territory...

We don't know what someone had to or has to go through to get what they have. No one sees behind the closed doors or the struggles that often times ensues. Publicly everything seems well...But...

Be careful what we wish for. When we ask and pray for something. God may grant our request and then hold us accountable. We want the blessing, but how many of us want to be accountable and responsible for what God has blessed us with...?

Let us not long for the cheap grace but make sure what we ask for we are doing so in the right spirit with the right heart.

Thank you for these posts. It is so true how we look on others at times in envy and don't realize what they have gone or are going through. The ones with the most faith, have usually had to walk a very hard path to get there.
