Have you ever noticed that bad news spreads faster than good news...? Take for instance what you have heard in the last day. Has it been bad news...? The gossip mill will flow with fabrications, innuendos, and lies just to keep something going. The part that we must be careful of is what we spread...

Do we repeat what we have heard knowing that it is not true...?

Do we stop the gossip as soon as we hear it...?

We must be careful because if we gossip about someone else, it won't be long before someone is telling stories about us...

Don't spread gossip today, spread the gospel...

"With my hands lifted up...and my mouth filled with praise...with a heart of thanksgiving...I will bless thee, O Lord..."

Amazing prayer Lord, it's so similiar the spelling of these two words...gossip and gospel. The difference in the two is like night and day. Like darkness and light. Two different words with two different outcomes in our lives. I agree totally, when we entertain gossip...we entertain darkness. We we entertain gospel, we entertain light. I pray for each and every one of us to seek the gospel in our lives. I know our lives will be much more richer if we do. Thank you for the insight RLM, this has helped me to see a new way of thinking on matters, God bless all of you. Amen.
