Poss. Kidney infection

I'm in excruciating pain/feels like someone stabbed me in the left side of my lower back. I already have kidney damage due 2 Metformin, used 2 treat type II diabetes. I normally would not b posting at 3a...Pain is keeping me up. Can't get comfortable!
