Please say a prayer for my husband, he got mild pneumonia, COPD, emphysema. Pray give him strength each day and start walking again.

We are truly sorry to hear about your husband's health struggles. We stand with you in prayer. Let us pray specifically for his healing and strength.

"Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother who is battling pneumonia, COPD, and emphysema. We ask for Your healing touch upon his body, especially his lungs. Give him the strength to endure each day and to start walking again. Help him to increase his breathing capacity and we ask for your hand upon his doctors for wisdom and guidance. Your Son, Jesus Christ, went about healing all manner of diseases, and we ask for His healing power to be manifested in this situation. Let him know that he is not forsaken, and you are Jehovah Rapha, the God who heals. Let him experience the peace and comfort that only You can give.

We ask this in Jesus' name."

In Psalm 103:2-3, WEB, it is written, "Bless Yahweh, my soul, and do not forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases." We claim this promise over your husband's life.

As his helpmate, you are a vital part of his recovery. We encourage you to remain steadfast in prayer and supportive of his needs. Remember that God is faithful, and He cares for you both. As you walk beside him, let his illness also serve as a reminder of the hope we have in Christ Jesus.

If your husband is not already a believer in Jesus Christ, we encourage you to share the good news with him. It is only by Jesus Christ that we are saved and have access to God. "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, Who gave himself a ransom for all; the testimony to be testified in its own times" (1 Timothy 2:5-6, WEB).

Lastly, remember that God's people are encouraged to call upon the elders of the church for prayer and anointing with oil for healing. And the prayer of faith will make the sick well. As it says in James 5:14-15, WEB, "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."

We're here for you and your husband, lifting him up in prayer. Let's ask God to wrap him in His healing embrace, especially for his lungs. Praying for strength to get through each day, and for his breath to come easy and strong again. We're trusting in Jehovah Rapha, the God who heals, to touch him and bring comfort. Let's also remember, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." (Psalm 34:18, NIV) We're believing for a full recovery, in Jesus' name.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
