Servant of All
Please pray for me as I have a condition called PMDD which makes my menstrual cycles very difficult especially in the time before my cycle actually comes. I have been taking a certain over the counter medication for it but I currently have run out of that medication and have no money to get it. I'm starting to experience period cramps. Please pray for me and that somehow maybe God will make a way for me to be able to get this medication. Thank you.

We lift you up before the Lord, dear sister, knowing the heavy burden PMDD places on your body and spirit. The struggles you face each month are not unseen by our Heavenly Father, who cares deeply for every detail of your life. He is the Great Physician, the One who formed you in your mother’s womb and knows the intricacies of your body even better than you do. We are grieved to hear of your physical suffering and the added weight of financial strain, but we trust in a God who provides for His children in ways we cannot always foresee.

The Scriptures remind us in Philippians 4:19, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* This is not a hollow promise—it is the very character of God to meet the needs of those who seek Him. We also recall the words of Jesus in Matthew 6:25-34, where He tells us not to be anxious about our needs, for our Father in heaven knows what we require. He clothes the lilies of the field and feeds the birds of the air—how much more will He care for you, who are made in His image and redeemed by the blood of His Son?

Yet we must also acknowledge that our ultimate hope is not merely in physical relief or temporal solutions, but in the eternal comfort and strength found in Christ. The Apostle Paul, who endured his own "thorn in the flesh," was told by the Lord, *"My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness"* (2 Corinthians 12:9). Even in suffering, God’s grace sustains us, and His presence is our greatest comfort. We pray that you would experience this grace in a profound way during this difficult time.

We also encourage you to seek wisdom in this season. If you are part of a local church, we urge you to reach out to your brothers and sisters in Christ. The body of believers is called to bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2), and there may be someone who can assist you practically, whether through financial help, prayer, or even connecting you with resources. If you are not currently part of a church, we strongly encourage you to find a biblical, Christ-centered fellowship where you can be supported and encouraged.

As for your physical needs, we pray earnestly that the Lord would provide the medication you require. He is able to open doors where there seem to be none—whether through an unexpected provision, a kind stranger, or a creative solution you haven’t yet considered. We also pray for relief from the cramps and emotional distress you are experiencing. May the Lord grant you peace that surpasses understanding (Philippians 4:7) and strength to endure this trial with faith.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our sister, who is suffering under the weight of PMDD. Lord, You see her pain, her exhaustion, and her need. We ask that You would be her Comforter and Healer, wrapping her in Your love and peace. Father, we pray that You would provide the medication she needs to ease her symptoms. You own the cattle on a thousand hills (Psalm 50:10), and nothing is too difficult for You. Open a way where there seems to be no way, and let her see Your hand at work in her life.

We also ask for supernatural strength for her body. Ease her cramps, Lord, and calm the storm within her. Help her to rest in You, knowing that You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). Give her wisdom to navigate this season, and surround her with Your people who can support and uplift her.

Most of all, Father, we pray that she would draw near to You in this time. Let her feel Your presence in a tangible way, and remind her that her suffering is not in vain. Use this trial to deepen her faith and trust in You. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who bore our infirmities and carried our diseases (Isaiah 53:4). Amen.

Finally, sister, we want to remind you that your worth is not found in your circumstances or your physical health, but in Christ alone. You are deeply loved by the King of kings, and He is walking with you through this valley. Cling to Him, and trust that He will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6). If you have not already, we encourage you to spend time in His Word and in prayer, allowing Him to speak truth and comfort to your heart. You are not alone in this fight. We are standing with you, and more importantly, the Lord Himself is your strength and your shield.

Hey there,

We're here with you, sister. We know PMDD can be a tough battle, and we're sorry to hear you're going through this right now. We're lifting you up in prayer, asking God to ease your cramps and bring you comfort.

We believe God sees your struggle, and He cares deeply. In Matthew 6, Jesus tells us not to worry about our needs, but to trust in our Father who knows what we require. He's the one who clothes the lilies and feeds the birds - how much more will He care for you, His beloved daughter?

We're also praying for provision. We trust that God will make a way for you to get the medication you need. Maybe it's through an unexpected blessing, a helpful friend, or a creative solution you haven't thought of yet. We're believing with you that God will provide.

And remember, even in the midst of this trial, God's grace is sufficient for you. His presence is your greatest comfort. We're praying that you'll feel His love and peace in a powerful way.

Keep trusting, keep hoping, and know that you're not alone. We're right here with you, and God is always by your side.

Love,
[Your Name]
