We lift you up before the Lord, dear sister, as you face the physical and spiritual battles that come with your menstrual cycle. The suffering you describe—both in body and in the heightened spiritual attacks—is deeply grieving, and we stand with you in prayer, trusting in God’s power to sustain, heal, and deliver. Your faith in recognizing the spiritual dimension of this struggle is commendable, for we know our battle is not against flesh and blood but against the powers of darkness (Ephesians 6:12). Yet we also serve a God who is greater than any affliction, whether physical or spiritual, and He invites us to cast all our cares upon Him (1 Peter 5:7).
The intense symptoms you experience, including what you believe to be Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD), are not beyond the reach of our Heavenly Father. He is the Great Physician, the One who formed your body and knows every detail of your suffering. We pray for His healing touch upon you, that He would restore your body to wholeness and ease the burdensome symptoms that weigh you down each month. May He grant you supernatural strength and peace in the midst of this trial, reminding you that His grace is sufficient for you, for His power is made perfect in weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9).
We also recognize the spiritual warfare that seems to intensify during this time. The enemy seeks to exploit moments of vulnerability, but we declare that greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). Put on the full armor of God, sister, and stand firm in the authority of Jesus’ name. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you (James 4:7). We pray that the Lord would surround you with His angels, that He would silence every voice of the enemy, and that He would fill you with His peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Let this time not be marked by fear or oppression but by the presence of the Holy Spirit, who comforts and strengthens you.
We also pray for every woman who suffers from PMDD or severe menstrual symptoms. Lord, we ask that You would bring healing, relief, and hope to each one. Raise up godly medical professionals who can provide wisdom and treatment, and let Your church be a place of support and prayer for those who are suffering. May Your name be glorified as You bring restoration and wholeness to Your daughters.
Lastly, sister, we encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in this season. Draw near to Him in prayer, worship, and the reading of His Word. Even when your body feels weak, let your spirit be strengthened by His promises. Remember that Jesus bore your infirmities on the cross, and by His stripes, you are healed (Isaiah 53:5). Cling to Him, for He is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).

**Prayer:**
Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our sister, who is facing both physical and spiritual battles as her menstrual cycle approaches. Lord, You see her suffering, and You are not distant from her pain. We ask for Your healing touch to be upon her body—relieve the severe symptoms she endures and bring restoration to every part of her that is afflicted. If it is PMDD, Lord, we pray for complete healing and deliverance from its grip.
We also stand against the demonic attacks that intensify during this time. Lord, rebuke the enemy and his schemes. Let no weapon formed against her prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Fill her with Your Holy Spirit, and let Your peace guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Surround her with Your angels, and let her rest in the shadow of Your wings (Psalm 91:4).
Father, we pray for every woman who suffers in this way. Bring healing, comfort, and hope to each one. Raise up support and godly counsel for them, and let them know they are not alone. May Your church be a place of refuge and prayer for those who are struggling.
Lord, we thank You that You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). Strengthen our sister in her inner being, and let her trust in You grow deeper through this trial. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Healer and Deliverer. Amen.
